Nicole's pov:
I woke up the next with a text from Liam. Yes we did switch numbers, and we became pretty good friends last night, we almost talked the whole night.
He was literally so sweet.
I grabbed my phone and smiled while reading the text.
"Morning love :) Wanna grab some lunch today? xx -Liam"
I looked at the time to see it was noon.
"Hey Liam! And sure, I'd love too! xox -Nicole"
I pressed send and about a minute later I got a reply back from him. Wow that was fast..
"Great! :D I'll pick you up around 2:00 xx -Liam"
"Perfect! Byee see you then. xox -Nic"
I sent back after reading his text.
I put my phone back on the charger and got up to take a shower.
I got into my bathroom, and started the shower, making sure it was hot as well. I took off all my piecing of clothing and put them in the laundry basket, before getting in the shower.
The warm water hit my body, it felt really nice against it. I took my strawberry scented shampoo and put it in my hair, before rubbing it around.
After I washed it out, I cleaned myself up and finally got out.
I got a towel and put it around my body tightly and walked out to my bedroom. I locked the door and went straight to my closet.
I took out a pair of underwear and bra and put them on.
I basically stood in front of my closet naked, trying to decide what to wear. Its just a casual lunch date.. wait date?
no.. just lunch with a friend.
I wish it was a date though....
I shook the thought out of my head and finally decided on a dress.
It was white at the top and blue at the bottom half, with little designs on it. It was about knee high, and to go with the dress I added a light brown belt.
I put on a jean jacket with it, and simple cute sandals.
I did light make-up. And put my hair into a sock bun.
I looked at my self once again, and decided that I was now ready.
I grabbed my phone off charge, and saw it was 1:58pm, which meant Liam would be here any moment now.
After about 5 minutes I heard the doorbell ring. I ran down stairs to get the door before my parents could.
"Hi Liam" I smiled once I opened the door.
He smiled back at me while saying, "Hey Nic, you look beautiful!"
I blushed a little and said, "you don't look too bad either".and it was the truth, he was wear a while short, but the sleeves were black, with some jeans and Converse.
He chuckled, "shall we go now", "yes we shall", I said stepping out the house and closing the door behind me.
We walked over to his car as he opened the door for me. "Thank you" I said getting in, while he closed my door.
He got in the drivers side, and started the car up.
There was silences in the car.. not a comfortable silences either.
I reached over to the radio and turned it on to hear Bruno Mars, If I Was Your Man. I loved this song.
I turned it up quite a bit, and started to sing along too. After the first verse, the course came on, and Liam started to sing along with me.
I turned to him and smiled, and kept singing.
As the song finally ended, we got to the restaurant.
"Wow Nicole I didn't know you could sing" He smiled up at me.
"Aha thanks, but really your much better" I said back blushing.
He smiled at me, while getting out of the car, as I did the same.
This will be a great lunch date.
Yes, lunch date.
