After a day of fun, except for the strange start, I was having Daja stay at my house overnight. When we went to her house to get her stuff, her mom was there with her stuff already. "Have fun tonight girls. Be safe." "Don't worry about it mom." she replied. We didn't dare tell her about the officers we saw.
After Daja's door shut, we had a quiet conversation. "I don't think we should tell anyone about the officers." she whispered. "Me either" I replied. "I don't think they're new. There's something going on." "I don't know what we should do about this." "Just don't tell anyone else about it, and we'll figure it out."
When we got to my house, my mom greeted us and told us dinner was all set. "So how was your day ladies?" "Good." we both said with a little hesitation. "Are you sure your ok guys?" "Yeah." We ate in silence after that.
After dinner, we talked about stuff, like school, friends, guys, all that stuff. "I'm kinda tired." Daja said. "Yeah me too" I replied. We went to sleep after that.
Things were the same for a while after, except for the officers. It seems as though there are more and more everyday. I want answers. And I want them before it's too late.
Ok thats the second chapter. Not sure what to do with it, whether to keep it or change it to make more sence. :)
