I guess everyone was on edge that night, Myself included. The chance of The Volturi potentially attacking or a strange visit from them of some sort, or something. But if theres one thing I know. The only thing I knew The Volturi for. It was, something was bound to go wrong.

I woke up and felt like I hadn't shut my eyes whatsoever. My sleep was restless, even dreamless. Anxiety set in as I didn't know the situation downstairs.. I could be facing my worst fears.. I just had a bad feeling. I don't know why Elijah acted like that.. But I guess I should find out.

I reluctantly climbed out of bed. The fact I woke up alone worrys me..

I take my time to make my way downstairs. And its kinda quiet.

I turn around as I can hear someone behind me. Its Elijah. I sigh, as relief washes over me.

I look at Elijah questionably "Is everything okay?"

Elijah smiles "Yeah baby, everything's good. Just some vampires trying to cross the borders.."

"So it wasn't The Volturi?" I ask
Elijah laughs "Nah babe, nothing to worry about. I'm sorry if it seemed like hell was about to go down.. I just need to learn how to control the imprinting stuff.. I just get so over protective of you baby, I can't help it" I smile.

"okay baby"

I sighed in relief that nothing bad was gonna happen.

"How was your sleep?" Elijah asked before kissing my cheek.
"It was good." I lied. I felt as if I hadn't even shut my eyes whatsoever. "I'm glad baby" Elijah says but I couldn't help but feel bad.

The house went back to normal, everyone doing their own thing. Like what we usually do.

Something felt kinda off.. But I knew too well not to ask. I decided if something was really wrong, they'd tell me. They would have too...

So I went for a run to clear my head and maybe even hunt.

I ran into the forest. Everything's peaceful, beautiful. I run deeper into the forest, being cautious. Humans could be around. The smell of the forest I always loved, I picked up a few sents, none of which where human. I didn't feel like something easy. I wanted my fair share of game. Something fun. I found the perfect sent, and took off. Leaving nothing apart from a little bit of wind behind me. I ran deeper and deeper into the forest. Catching the sent, I desired most..
