I woke up to the smell of bacon whipping around the nostrils. I quickly shot out of the guest bedroom and flew down the stairs. I found Danielle and her father sitting at the kitchen table eating bacon.
"you guys made food without telling me?" I pouted crossing my arms in front of my chest.
"sorry?" Mr. James said shrugging his shoulders and had a mouth full of bacon.
I chuckled and took a piece from the tray that was in the middle of the kitchen table. I honestly love spending time with Danielle's family. everyone is so nice to each other and we could just tell everybody every thing. I couldn't do that at my house because mostly every one was working 24/7, besides Aubrey but she was always with her jerk of a boyfriend.
all the memories flooded back in the my brain of what happened yesterday. I felt a little bad for screaming and stomping out on my parents and sister like that but oh well i guess. the good thing is I'm going to find my real family. I hope there nothing like my one now. I want a family who's unique and likes to spend time with me instead of spend all their time at work.
"So how did the parent hunting go last night Carter?" Mrs. James asked walking out of the kitchen with another plate of bacon
"Well we found the number on their website and Danielle called and talked to them because I was too nervous. the woman said they still have my file and we have an appointment tomorrow to look through the file and find out with my real parents are!" I said taking another piece of bacon and shoving it into my mouth.
"that's great dear! what if they live across the country or even the world?" She asked tapping her fingers against the table
"Well I mean I have enough money to buy I plane ticket and all that junk because of work. but I was wondering if Danielle could come with me to meet them. I think I'm going to be too nervous to go by myself." I said biting my lip
Danielle almost choked on her bacon "of course I'll go with you!!!" she squealed
"do you have enough money to go?" I said reassuringly
"since I have two jobs, then yes, yes I do." she said tapping her chin.
Danielle works at Starbucks because of her love for coffee. but sometimes at night, she sings at a nightclub. Danielle is an amazing singer. like not even kidding, she gets all the lead roles at school. her brother is like that too. but he's in eight grade.
"what if your parents are murders?" Danielle said out of no where
"that definitely would be awesome" I said sarcastically
"awwhh are y'all talking about how awesome I am again?" Danielle's brother, Ryan, said walking down the stairs
"in your dreams bro." Danielle said
"Carter is always in my dreams!!" Ryan said with a cheeky smile
"too much info!" I gagged
"girl, your in love with me!"
"sure whatever you say ryan!" I said getting up from the table and led me and Danielle back upstairs to her room. I took one more glance at her family and I saw Ryan making the 'call me' sign with his hands. I rolled my eyes and continued to walk upstairs.
"what shall we do my lovely Danielle?" I said plopping on her big purple bed.
"One Direction jam session?!" she bounced up and down
My face lit up "you know it!!!!"
I walked over to my phone and plugged it into her dock. I strolled to all of the One Direction cds and put it on shuffle.
"MAYBE ITS THE WAY SHE WALKED STRAIGHT IN TO MY HEART AND STOLE IT THROUGH THE COURTS AND GUARDS JUST LIKE SHE ALREADY OWNED IT!!!" Danielle sang
"I SAID CAN YOU GIVE IT BACK TO ME SHE SAID NEVER IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS!!!!!" I screamed singing into her hair brush whipping my hair around
"AND WE DANCED ALL NIGHT TO THE BEST SONG EVER WE KNEW EVERY LING NOW I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW IT GOES NOW I KNOW THAT I WON'T FORGET HER AND WE DANCED ALL NIGHT TO THE BEST SONG EVER I THINK IT WENT OH OH OH I THINK IT WENT YEAH YEAH YEAH I THINK IT WENT OOHHHH!!!!" we sang together an started to dance on her bed and jump up and down. just then our best guy friend, Colton, walked in the room and started to sing with us. he's a directioner too but he's not gay. He just likes there music.
"SAID HER NAME WAS GEORGIA ROSA AND HER DADDY WAS A DENTIST!!! SAID I HAD A DIRTY MOUTH BUT SHE KISSED ME LIKE SHE MENT IT!!!" Colton Sang and climbed on the bed with us
"I SAID CAN I TAKE YOU HOME WITH ME I SAID YES FUCKING NIALL HORAN I WILL BECAUSE I LOVEE YOOUUU!!!!!" I sang my own lyrics.
Danielle walked over to the dock and shut the music off. her and Colton gave me the evil eye.
"you just totally ruined that song for me Car." Colton said crossing his arms across his chest
"that's how the song should go! you in there right minds would say no to freaking Niall Horan?!?!?! yeah that's right NO ONE!" I said poking Colton's nose. Colton hates it when I do that so he picked me up by my waist and slammed me on Danielle's bed.
"your.....breaking.....me.....help....!" I said out of breath. Colton's fatness was sitting on my back.
"not until you say Colton is my best friend in the world and he is so sexy" he bluffed
"Colton is my best friend in the whole world and he is so gay." I said smriking.
He pretended to look hurt and he put his hand over his heart.
"you love me. now get off of me fattie." I said rolling over. I sat next to Danielle to find her on her laptop. she looked like she was about to cry.
