14. Emergency

I can't remember much... All I can remember was it was dark and I heard a lot of crying and screaming.
Then the light hit me, it was piercing and bright.
I heard familiar voices, but I couldn't see anyone, but I couldn't remember the faces to the voices either...

All my memories seemed meaningless... Everything felt meaningless really...

The voices got louder and the migraine I had didn't react well to that.

Death was kinda boring and annoying.

I did manage to notice one voice in particular.

"Don't worry bro... You'll make it through. Trust me."

"Shū..."
I muttered.

Then the voices screamed in what seemed to be delight.
Did Shū die as well?

The voices were still distant and my eyes felt like they were bleeding.

I blacked out once again...

When I awoke it was a lot warmer.
Especially my hand... Which felt like it was being squeezed painfully.

I shook my head. Why can't I see anything!

I felt like I was in a car as well.
We were moving pretty fast.

Then we came to a grinding stop and I felt like I was being moved and the grip on my hand was lost, even though it did hurt, I needed it more than ever.

I felt something cover my mouth and I struggled against it. It had a weird feeling, and uncomfortable coolness to it. My brain started to hurt and my consciousness was slipping away once again. I was completely helpless as my already darkened eyesight got even darker,  I was terrified but at same time I was accepting. Though I didn't do what I wanted in the end... I'm glad that I spent my last moments with Chitoge.

As I was getting used to, everything went black. When am I gonna die?

I awoke... Cold and uncomfortable.
"Oh my god! Is he awake?" One muffled voice yelled. 

My eyes opened but I couldn't see...
It was all blue and white.

"Raku-kun!"
"Raku!!"
"Raku-sama!!"
"Ichijo-kun!!"
4 voices all simultaneously yelled.

My head almost caved in. Too much loud noise.

"Shhhh... My head hurts." I stammered.

They all made slight squeals of delight. But I still could not see, it felt like my eyes were frozen shut.

"How long have I been out?" I shivered, still freezing my ass off.

"A week..." They all replied at once.

Jesus... A week.

"Is Chitoge alright?"

I felt a warm hand on my own.
"I'm fine Raku..." She whispered, with a hint of tears rippled in her voice.

"My head... It aches."
My teeth clattered much like they did when I was in that cave with Chitoge.

"They have you drugged up on every pain killer possible without over dosing you... So that head ache must be pretty bad Raku-Kun..."
