It had been some time since Ivlis' destruction as he tried to take control of this world. Thankfully he didn't succeed, though Kcalb would admit Ivlis did manage to knock him off his feet for a good week or two. But ever since then the village has been under renovation with the help of Eithw. Many times Kcalb has offered to help Eithw out, but every time he is denied and told to sit his old self down and rest.
So here he was.
Sitting at the table where him and Eithw always sit and eat. And here he was.
Bored.
Continuing to tap his pointer finger against the table surface in a annoying pattern. At this current time he was gazing out of the window and absentmindly staring at the clouds. His eyes hooded from boredom. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.
"What am I supposed to do? Sit here and rest?" heaving himself up he slipped off his chair and started to walk slowly down the stairs towards the heavy doors that lead out to the rest of the castle. As he reached the doors he pushed the heavy wood open to meet eye to eye with Wodahs. Noticeably cringing Kcalb took a step back and tensed.
"Now. Where do you think you are leaving off to Brother?" Wodahs stared nonchalantly at his older Brother.
"Wodahs. Please. I am incredibly bored sitting here and doing nothing. I wish to take a stroll through the Gardens." At this Kcalb tried to maneuver his way around his brother without touching him, but was blocked from doing so.
"Brother. You are not fit for wandering around, your still healing and Eithw-"
Groaning Kcalb shut his eyes and hunched forward. He was in immense pain but wanted to do something beside sitting there like a, well, old man! Wodahs seeing his brother in pain quickly guided him over back to his seat near the window. Kcalb groaning his disapproval the whole way.
"Brother. You need rest. Time will pass quickly, but if you continue to wave off Eithw's warnings you will not heal properly. Then your recovery time will double." carefully Wodahs helped his brother into his seat and made sure he was comfortable.
"Wodahs! I am sick of sitting down doing absolutely nothing! Honestly! It has been weeks, yes I am in pain but a quick walk through the garden will not kill me!"
Wodahs' eyes darkened immensely at his brothers words.
"Enough brother. Sit and heal. I will be back with your lunch." with that Wodahs flashed out of the room leaving a very tired and bored Kcalb alone. Turning his attention to the clouds Kcalb waited begrudgingly for Wodahs to return.

With a deep exhale Kcalb's eyes slid shut and he relaxed. After a few more days being held hostage inside the Castle he finally managed to convince Wodahs to allow him alone time in the Garden. Boy. Did Kcalb miss the fresh air and flowers. Even the sometimes annoying bugs that smacked into his face due to the wind. But Kcalb will never admit out loud he enjoyed each feeling. He learned to never take granted the feeling and freedom of fresh air. Slowly his eyes opened and he stared at the clouds his hand slipping from his knee and to clutch his cane. Darkening eyes he was thrusted back into the horrible memory of being locked underground. The feeling was terrible, undescribable, horrifying. But oddly he found comfort in it, as his bed was a coffin. The closed and musty air of being underground. The small and locked space, Kcalb couldn't even turn around or move his arm. Imagine! Being forced into a position for years, not getting the ability to even move, no one caring if you were comfortable or not. Blinking, Kcalb forced himself to stand. Never to admit it, Kcalb still was in slight pain. Thankfully Wodahs managed to scrounge up a cane for Kcalb to use to be mobile. A small smile played upon his lips. Wodahs. Always making sure his brother was okay. Even going so far as to tangle with death for him. Grimacing he felt a sharp pain flash up his spine and pierce through his heart. He could never go a day without thinking back to that day. The feeling and the emotions still fresh in him. The memory replayed in his mind as he squared off his little brother to scar him for life.

"Lord Kcalb! (Y/N) isn't accounted for!"
Kcalb's eyes flickered quickly to the demon, visibly recoiling they made themselves look smaller.
"Look for her."
Gaping at their Lord the demon stared with wide eyes.
"But Lord! If we go back out there we could lose more of our men!"
In a brief instant Kcalb had the demon by his throat and lifted him off his feet. Struggling the demon choked out and clawed at Kcalb's hands. Their eyes rolling back in their head and already eyes reddening.
"I didn't ask for your input. Send my men back out there and look for her. I dont care if I lose 50 of you! I will not lose her! NOW!!" With this he slammed the demon into the ground and stood up turning to glare at his army. Some recoiled, but others glared back. Snarling Kcalb turned sharply and headed back onto the battle field.
