"Welcome all freshmen and returning vets! This is the first band camp of this year!" The crowd of people cheer - "I am your Drum Major Jennifer, alongside me are your two other Drum Majors" Jennifer holds out her hand to a small red headed girl "Rachel" Rachel salutes her band, "and Paige" Jennifer's other hand is extended to Paige who salutes as well, her dark curly brown hair was pulled neatly into a tight bun. Jennifer's blonde hair was in bun as well - all three Drum Majors stood as a front around the arc of new members.
Jennifer opened her mouth to say something but Rachel spoke before her "Today we are going to walk you through the schedule of how band camp will work over the course of three weeks." Jennifer gave her fellow Drum Major a side glance, Paige was new this year; Last year the head Drum Major was Oliver, alongside him was Jennifer and Rachel. All three were juniors then and are now seniors, Paige is a junior and will be head Drum Major next year. Oliver had step down from his position, for he would have been head Drum Major again this year; Oliver wanted to march again for his final year at Jupiter.
"Spirit. Listen up" Jennifer yelled over the crowd. "I will say this now, I do not want to yell at you all season. So please, listen." Rachel's facial expression was blank and stern - Jennifer and Paige seemed to be the more nicer Drum Majors.
"Please follow me to the cafeteria so we can set up a concert arc. When we get there we will have stands so you can look off your music - I am pre-warning you, Mr. Larkin expects you to have you music memorized by the second band camp." Jennifer swings her lanyard with various band keys attached to it "We are getting drill the first day of the July camp." The band members cheer loudly once again.
Jennifer shared glances with her Drum Majors - "Shall we?" They both nodded and began to lead their band.
