I finally updated!! Things are starting to settle down so I'm hoping to fall back into the swing of things. This is sort of a filler chapter but I still really enjoyed writing it.

How about our boys winning the Brit this week?! I miss them so much but I can't wait to see what they're going to give us with this hiatus. As always, thank you so much for taking the time to read/vote/ comment! I love every single one of you! xx Jess

"Tomorrow?!? Really?!" Nichole gushes after she's had a moment to process my request.

"I don't know why I didn't bring you over here to begin with. There's no way I can get settled in to this lifestyle without your help," I reply, mind still buzzing from everything that's happened so far.

"It sounds like you're doing something right, Mel. This is the good stuff," she pauses for a second. "Have you asked your aunt and uncle about me coming, yet? Or did panic get the best of you?"

She knows me so well. "I've not asked yet but I'm about to sit down and have a few cocktails with Aunt Jane. I'll talk to her about it and then call you back, yeah?"

"Alright then. Be quick so I'll know if I need to make arrangements or not. Also, don't think for a moment that I'm not drilling your ass as soon as we are back on the phone. I don't know what's happened today but I guarantee you that you're going to spill every last detail. Got it?" she presses.

"Yeah, yeah. I've got to go, but you better have popcorn ready. And maybe a cigarette," I tease.

"God, this is going to be good. Hurry up, then!! I love you!!" she says before hanging up.

I chuckle and put my phone in my pocket just before Aunt Jane enters the lounge with Anna trailing behind. Anna places a tray with assorted martinis on the table before leaving us. Aunt Jane takes her place beside me on the couch before handing me what appears to be a Cosmo. She takes one for herself and clinks our glasses.

"Alright then, Amelia. Tell me all about that gorgeous boy who has you smiling ear to ear," she nods, a knowing grin playing on her face.

I blush at her words. "What would you like to know?" I giggle in my seat, taking a generous sip from my glass.

"Let's start from the beginning," she nudges.

I tell Aunt Jane all about meeting Harry on the plane. I explain how kind and considerate he is. I tell her how much he calmed me down and lifted my spirits. I tell her how he ran back to me in the airport with jumbled words fueled by nerves and excitement. Then, I go over the details of our perfect day in London.

By the time I was finished with my story, Aunt Jane was all but swooning, "My dear, he sounds like your very own Prince Charming. Why do you seem so worried about all of it?"

I take a deep breath and tell her the same story I told Harry about Zack and how everything went down between us.

"I didn't come over here to find a guy. I came to escape that sort of stuff. The last think I need is to lose my head over something that most definitely won't work out. I can admit that I have commitment issues. That alone is enough to break any good relationship. Plus, he's famous, Aunt Jane. He's on hiatus now but he will eventually go back to living that crazy lifestyle. I don't want to be left behind. We would break each other eventually," I say before finally letting out a breath I didn't realise I was holding.

"Oh Amelia," she begins before pulling me into a tight embrace. "I know what my brother did wasn't right. No child deserves that. I only hope that I can help heal even just the smallest portion of that hole." She pulls back and hold me at arms length, looking me in the eye. "But please, please don't let the past keep you from having a future. Not every man leaves, my love. You've just got to break these walls down."
