Broken Hearts and Broken Wings

Chapter 6

The landscape changes and the town and my friends are gone. I stand and look around. I am in the middle of an field. It's about midday and there is an light breeze. The grass comes above my fingertips and is soft.

I walk straight ahead not knowing what i am about to face. All of a sudden the breeze stops and a crack of thunder shakes the ground below me. I look to the sky just in time to see lightning coming at me. I run but not fast enough. The lightning bolt hits the ground behind me and sends me flying.

I hit the ground with a thud. I stand and look to the sky. Rain?. No definitely not rain. It's red and sticky.

Blood.

I run to try and get away from the blood rain the lightning and the thunder.

I see an house in the far distance and run as fast as I can to it. I get to it and bang on the locked door.

"Someone! Help me please! Just please let me in!" I scream.

A little girl that looks about five came to the screen door. She looked like that creepy little girl that is in almost every horror movie.

"No one can help you." She says in that creepy voice. "No one loves you." She holds up a knife and her baby doll. She holds the doll by the head and then slices the body off.

"No one will care if you die for its your blood falling." With that she holds up a mirror and I look at an ghostly looking me. "Better go catch some before you die." She says before she laughs this evil laugh. She slams the door and her laugh continues and so does what she said.

I grad my head and scream. I run back into the blood rain and lay in the field. I turn my face towards the sky and scream. The blood falls into my throat and stops my screaming. I try and cough it out but it just stays.

I start to get woozy from the lack of no air. I stand and grab at my neck. I start to feel an hot stung that carries it way from my side to the rest of my body. I look down and see a knife in my side.

I pull it out and the blood pours from it. Then I feel another and another. I scream in agony after choking up the blood. I run to the house and kick open the door the little girl stands there and gives me this evil grin.

"Tick tock. Here comes the light to end thy life." She says. She looks up and then I see nothing but light.

I fall to the ground and I feel electricity flowing thro me. I try and open my eyes but I only see the harsh light.

I try to lay on my back but it hurts to even breathe. I feel something warm and wet on my cheek. I look up and there stands the little girl with the knife.

"Tick tock. The light came but your still alive. So I will have to end your life." With that she slashes my throat and I grab at it. "Bye bye." She laughs then she disappears.

I grab at my throat as my sight starts to blur. Bye bye world. Now I can finally live with my parents.

With that last thought everything goes black and my hands drop from my throat. Covering me in darkness.
