"Liah can you please calm down?"

"Liah, don't be so melodramatic , I already bought the passport. At ito na din yung paraan para maging close kayo sa isa't isa."
"Mom , kahit kailan hindi kami magiging close close ng unggoy na gun." Yeah that's it. Pupunta daw ako kasama sina Blake dun sa mga Miller's.
"Ang gusto ka na ring makita ng tita and tito mo, miss ka na raw nila."
"But mom?? she cut me off again.
" Please?" I heard her plead. "Please sweety" she said softly and use her puppy eyes on me. I look at her and sighed.
Mom knows where to hit a soft spot.
"Okay fine " I saw her smile showing her beautiful teeth... "And nope , I didn't mean na fine dahil pupunta ako sa Pampanga but I'll think of it."
"Fine with me" she said. "But we really need your answer now, okay?"
"But why mom? It's not like the world is going to an end."
"Kasi if you wanted to go" she started.
"Mag eempake ka today, cause your living tomorrow."
"Oh please............... I hate surprises" tsk.

Riley's POV
Pababa na ako ng hagdan and excitedly sat on the couch. It's summer already and pupunta sina Joe and Blake dito. I'm thinking of bringing them to the bikini open, andaming girls na nag aabang sa akin dun hahaha!!
I turned the TV on. " Riley can you come here anak" si mom na nasa kitchen ngayon.
"Kung mag papaluto ka ma wag nalang" I answered while changing the chanel to ABS.
"Don't worry anak hindi yung ang pinatawag ko sayo, dahil luto na ang breakfast mo"
Ooohhhh "OK I'm coming." lakas ng tama ko basta food.
"May sasabihin ako sayo, pero wag kang mabibigla ahh?"
"Nagbreak na si Anne at Erwan?!!" tanong ko.
"Anak naman she's too old for you, you deserve someone better na kasing edad mo"
Si Anne lang ang gusto ko mom I said to myself.
"Eh sino ang gusto niyo para sa akin si Kiray??"
"Riley!!"
"Mom, don't you want me to get married someday??"
"I do, but I want the right girl, okay?"
"Fine" sana maging madali yun.
"What are you gonna say anyways??" I ask.
"You know naman na pupunta sina Joe and Blake dito, right?"
"Yeah, then?"
"They will bring someone"
"Someone?? Is it a girl?"
"Yes"
"Is she hot?"

"Mom naman, don't blame me for being like this, blame my hormones, I'm getting eighteen you know."
"They will bring Aliah with them"
"What?!! Alam mo naman na hindi kami nagkakasundo ng witch na yun diba?!"
"Me and your tita talked about this na, and it's time for you two to get close to each other."
"Of all the places ba naman mom, ba't dito pa?"
"Whether you like it or not if she said yes then you have to live with it. Sa summer lang naman"

"And I hope she's gonna say no. I hate her." I spat out.
"Hate is a strong word Riley."
"I know mother"
"Just finish your breakfast. Dahil may practice pa kayo mamaya."
