"Hazelpetal! Sparkleflower!" Cats cheered for the new warriors. Of course they were still sad over the death of Sparkclaw and Gleamingcall, but cats were slowly getting better.
Rosethorn was sitting outside, Leafkit at her paws. He was listening happily, before looking at Rosethorn. "When can I become an apprentice?" He asked. She blinked. "One day." She said simply before licking the top of his head. She noticed Dreamsky calling Whitewhisker and Firepaw to join her on a patrol. She blinked. Where is Spottedfang? She noticed Mistypaw pad out of the Medicine cat den, and she looked clearly exhausted.
Rosethorn sent Leafkit inside before padding over to the apprentice. "Mistypaw, are you alright?" She asked calmly. Mistypaw blinked and looked up. "I guess..." She shrugged and signed. "I need to talk to Frozenstar though, thanks for looking out for me." The apprentice mewed before padding off.
Rosethorn watched her leave. She signed and padded back to the nursery.

She was shocked to hear that Spottedfang was coughing badly. "He will still be doing his duties unless he feels the need to stop." Frozenstar announced. Cats mumbled but nodded. "Leaf-fall is here, he should just be resting at this point." Clayfur mumbled beside Rosethorn. She didn't say anything.
Suddenly the entrance quivered. Cats looked in shock as two cats padded forward.
It was Fadedpond and Froststar.
