Jay Garrik was a collage student
who accidentally inhaled strong water vapor after falling asleep in his lab were he had been working in, an as a result he had super human speed and reflexes. After a career of collage football he serves a red shirt with a lighting strike on it and a metal helmet and wings and begins to fight crime as the Flash. I bet your wondering, "How does he keep his identity?" He keeps it by constantly liberating so it makes it hard to recognise
Barry Alan
Barry Alan is a police scientist with a reputation of being slow and late which frustrates his fiancee Iris West.
One day as he was leaving work a lighting bolt hits allen and shatters a case of chemicals and spills all over Allen and as a result he had super human speed and reflexes and uses it to fight crime.
