Chapter 8

*Natalie's P.O.V.*

I woke up hearing the garage door open. Oh god I forgot Dad comes home today he's going to kill them. I tried to get off the couch, but Mikey had a death grip on me and I couldn't move like at all.

So I started shaking him to get him awake, but it wasn't working. "Mikey please get up" I yelled at him, which cause Maddie and Madison to wake up. Maddie knew exactly what was going on. We were at my house with some of our guy friends and my dad totally flipped that we were sitting on the same couch as one of them so this is going to be way worse.

I heard the door open. Crap I thought to myself. "What the hell is this!!!" He yelled. Lets just say everyone woke up including my mom. Mikey looked at me panicked.

"Dad it's not what it looks like. We were watching a movie and then fell asleep" I tried to get him to calm down. It didn't work. "Why the fuck were you sleeping next to my daughter" he yelled at Mikey.

"Matthew don't do dare talk to him like that" my mom said while coming into the living room. "Why are you defending him!!!" He screamed. "Cause he is a nice boy and I know you are just trying to be protective over her because of what happened with Mason." She replied.

"Wait you guys know" tears brimming in my eyes. "This is why I can't hang out with any of my guy friends?" I said. "Yes it is I don't want that happening to you again" he said.

"You really think I would hang out with somebody that I would think would do that to me!" I yelled at both of them. I looked around the room, everyone was staring at me wondering what we were fighting about.

I felt a tear fall down my cheek and for the first time in a long time I ran to the bathroom locked the door and I cried. I finally let all that emotion balled up inside of me out. I just couldn't handle it anymore.

*Mikey's P.O.V.*

Wait what was she talking about. What happened between her and this Mason guy. I have to find out.

I started making my way down to the bathroom to comfort her and find out what was going on. "You shouldn't go in there she won't want to see you in fact I think you should leave" her dad said to me, but there was no way I was leaving my girl broken like this.

Wait did I just call her my girl, I did. I smiled under my breath. "Matt he's not going anywhere they are all staying here for a couple weeks" Kate said while giving him a look. Which probably meant I don't care what you think about this they are staying. "Fine" he said. "Good luck with her."

I knocked on the door. "Go away" she said. "Natalie it's Mikey not your parents can you please let me in." I heard a click telling me that it was okay for me to come in.

She is sitting in the corner with makeup running down her face but she still looked perfect to me. I go over to her and just hold her rocking her back and forth. I just keep telling her that everything will be okay, but she keeps denying it. "What if he comes back Mikey then what will I do?" She asks me.

"I'll be right her to protect you. I won't let anyone hurt you baby" I said still rocking her. I have no absolute clue what she's talking about, but I know when she is ready to tell me she will. I have faith in her.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while I've been having softball practice and my friend that moved to Texas came up to visit me this past week so yeah. Again I apologize for not updating.

Ok so just wanted to warn you guys I'm not that good at the mushy gushy love parts like at all do if I post one and it's completely horrible I'm sorry I'm just not that good with that stuff.
