Into the woods

I don't know where I am running to, but I just keep running. Run. Run. Run.

I run into the forest and I bump into something and fall onto my back. I sigh and look up, to see Edward. A smile stretched across my face as he offered me his pale white hand, and I take it and pull myself up.

"Hey, you okay?" He asks me.
"Yeah... I'm fine thanks." I say whilst brushing myself off.
"Why are you in the forest?" He asks me suspiciously
"Me and Jacob... We argued and I ran off. I wasn't thinking straight." I say whilst tearing up

He surprises me and pulls me tightly into a hug, my heat lays on his chest and he lays his head on top of mine. He's the perfect height for protective hugs.

He pulls away and grabs my arms and looks me in the eyes. "Lana I can't keep it from you anymore.. I love you! It was love at first sight, I know it's a weird relationship, a werewolf and a vampire but it can work! I love you Lana. Be my girlfriend." He says
"Yes." I whisper and jump onto him, into another big hug.

He walks me back, hand in hand to my house. We take a slow stroll, and when we get to my house in the other side of the woods, we see Jacob, Seth, Sam and Paul frantically on their phone, trying to ring me I guess.

I sigh as we walk up to them and Jacob sees me and shouts to the others. They come running over to me. "Guys I'm fine." I say before they can speak
"We were so worried about you!" Sam says
"I thought you weren't coming back... I felt so bad..." Jacob says while tearing up

"Who's this?" Paul asks with a confused face and I guess he can smell Edward. "This is my boyfriend, Edward." I say whilst smiling at him.
"Nice to meet you" Edward says and nods

"Edward this is Sam, Paul, Seth and you already know Jacob." I say with a grin. "Pleasure to meet you Edward. You're a vampire aren't you?" Sam says whilst raising his eyebrows.
"Yeah... I know what you guys are but I'm not going to tell a soul. Promise." Edward says reassuringly.

"Seeing as you're already here, would you like to stay for dinner? I know you vampires don't eat but it will give us a chance to get to know you?" Sam asks. I'm so glad they're fine with the idea of me having a boyfriend... That's a vampire!
"I'd love to" Edward says with a smile

A few hours later, when we've done eating I can tell that Jacob still isn't fine with me being friends with Edward. Especially now he's my boyfriend! When Edward goes, I talk to Jacob. "Hey" I say
"Oh hi" Jacob says
"Things aren't... Weird are they?"
"Not at all." He says, and hugs me
I am relieved that things are okay.
