I didn't want to look the same as I did as the last party, so I decided to wear a black tight dress with lace on the collarbone area and shoulders, the length of the dress reached my mid thigh.
I actually looked pretty nice. The bottom of my hair was slightly curled.
I was waiting for Luke inside, hoping he'd come soon.
"Skylar, honey. Is he even coming?" My mother stood in the door opening, drying off a plate with a towel. I smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Believe me, he'll come."
"If you say so. You know you could always change your mind and stay home you know?" She send me a smile, as she went back into the kitchen.
Suddenly, a car started approaching and my mom raised an eyebrow at me. "That him? If he drives like that, he ain't driving you there."
"Mom.." I groaned in annoyance and stepped outside the door. "Bye mom!"
I ran over to Luke, opening the door of the car and sitting down. "What took you so long?" I kept my eyes on the road.
"My mom was bitching. I am happy when school starts again. So done with her shit." He said, rolling his eyes and driving towards the club.

The club was pretty far, maybe like an half hour of driving, so I had enough time to talk to him.
I put my phone away and let out a sigh. "So.. Excited for school Monday?"
"Kinda. I just don't wanna be in touch with other kids and stuff. I just wanna be home, you know. Or be at a club. In college I can't do that. Only when we have holidays or some special reason." He answered, giving me smile as he put his hand on my inner thigh, making me flush red.
"You look beautiful, you know that?" He suddenly said.
"Thank you. You don't look bad yourself Hemmings."
"Well thank you, baby girl."
I looked out the window, trying to not show him my 100 degrees cheeks.
Suddenly, a big cramp hit my bottom stomach, and I looked at Luke. I think it's code red.
"Luke, can we stop at a tank station?" I.. I need to go to the bathroom."
"Sure. There's one over there. Should I go with you?"
"No, I'm okay."
Luke parked near the station, unlocking the doors as I jumped out. "You sure I don't have to come?"
"Positive." I send him a little smile and I ran inside of the station, opening a door to the woman's bathroom.
I locked the bathroom stall behind me, checking if I am actually on my period.
Holy fuck. Of course.
I quickly wrapped some toilet paper around my underwear, pulling my pants up and unlocking the door, running out of the station. I couldn't find Luke's car as first, but then he turned on his lights again and I walked over to him, jumping inside of the car.
I probably shouldn't even go to the party right now.
"Can you bring me home?"
"What, why?" He looked at me dissapointed.
"I.." I could trust him on this. Right? "I'm on my lady days."
"Oh." He blankly said, pulling up and returning towards my house.
"I'm sorry Luke. It's just.. you know."
"It's okay, Sky. Don't worry."
"But my mother is home."
"Is that wrong?"
"Well yeah. I just don't wanna confront her."
Luke nodded. "Then sleep over at mine. I'm sure we have some, things for you at home. My mom knows where all of that is."
I smiled to myself, surprised at how caring Luke is.
I leaned over to his seat, kissing his cheek. "You're so cute."
