Jasper's POV:

Riley, my love. She has been in the hospital for to long. We don't know when she will wake up. Charlie feels awful, whenever he can, he tries to be here for her. I, on the other hand, never leave. She needs me. If they don't heal her soon, the doctors recommended to Charlie to pull the plug.

Carlisle and I talked about options, if it does come to that, he said that we would have to turn her. She is a part of our family. No one is going to take her away from us.

While all of this is going on, Bella and Edward are still getting married. They never stop in to see Riley. Apart from me, Rose is almost always there. She kind of adopted Riley as her own daughter. Esme will stop in now and then, and Emmett only really comes in to drag me out to hunt.

I don't even stay at the house anymore. I usually use my powers without trying to.

I just want need her to wake up. I need my mate.
