Ghost In The Mirror

Chris's POV:

It's been about a week since the whole asylum visit and Devin and I's apology to one another. The guy seem to be happy. It's less......awkward. We're getting along just fine. Ash and Devin are the bestest friends again too. Now as of right now Ash is already a month pregnant, I'm so excited to be a dad. I wonder everyday what it's going to be. Ash and I are also starting to pack things up to move to our new apartment in Scranton.

I woke up this morning to the beautiful face of my girlfriend Ash. "Good morning, my little bat." I greeted her. I stared calling her my little bat, she calls me bone daddy. "Morning bone daddy!" She replied. "Want to go to the diner for breakfast?" I asked her. "Yeah, I would love that." She said. I can chill today because it's the band free day. Yea!

We then headed to our favorite diner down the road. It's a nice walk from our apartment. In the diner we sat down and the waiter took our order. I got eggs with bacon and toast. Ash got pancakes with bacon. Both of us got coffee with that. As we ate our food a couple of fangirls approached us. There were four in totally. One with blue hair, one with purple hair, one with pink hair and the last one had the same hair as Ash. "OMG, could I have a picture with the both of you!?" The blue haired one asked. "Sure!" Ash and I replied at the same time. I really just wanted to eat my breakfast but what kind of guy would I be if I just shooed them away? Plus I can't blame them for being fangirls. "You two are the cutest couple!" The pink hair girl said. "Thanks!" Ash replied with a smile. Then the one with Ash's hair asked for a hug and picture from us. Lastly the purple hair asked to sign her T-shirt which was a MIW shirt.

After the fangirls and breakfast, Ash I decided to go take a walk in the park. We then stopped at a bench near a clearing. We both then stared at each other. "I love you Ash." I said to her. "I love you too, Chris" She said. When the shared a sweet and tender kiss which was then interrupted by my phone going off. It was my manager. What did he want? It's my free day for fuck sakes!

"Hello!" I asked angrily. "Watch that tone Motionless, I need you to come to the studio immediately." He said. "Why, it's my free day?" I asked. "Well there's an old friend here to meet you, the rest of the guys are here already."  He told me. "Alright, give me 20 minutes." I said then hung up the phone. "Who was that on the phone?" Ash asked me. "It was my manger, he said he wants me to come to the studio now, something about an old friend." I replied. I then kissed Ash on the head and we headed back to the apartment.

I took Ash with me to the studio. After all it was suppose to be my free day with her and now I'm dragging our asses out to the studio. I then walked into the studio with a face of pure annoyance. "Don't be upset Chris, this probably won't take long and it's for an old friend anyway." She said before kissing my temple. "You're probably right." I said smiling. I then saw the guys in the room, which I thus entered.

"Who's the old friend?" I asked. Just as I said this a women with bleach blonde hair and sunglasses, came over and hugged me AND KISSED ME. "Chrisypo, did you miss me!?" She asked. "Who the hell are you?" I asked with a confused look. "Don't you remember sweetie! Your girlfriend Maria, Maria Brink!" She said. After she said this I knew who she was, we did a single called Contempress a couple of years ago. We dated for awhile but I remember clearly breaking up with her.

Then Ash came in, oh shit. "So babe, who is the old friend everyone is talking about." She asked. I could tell she was bothered by what Maria did and said. "Um Ash, this is Maria, Maria this is my girlfriend Ash." I said, I'm scared of where this is going to go. "What do you mean girlfriend sweetie?! I'm your girlfriend!" She yelled. Now all the guys just stared and whispered. This is getting really awkward now. "Maria, I broke up with you years ago. Please understand that, I'm with Ash now." I said. "No we never broke up, I thought it was on hiatus?" She said. God this women doesn't get it. She then turned towards Ash and circled her like a vulture.

"Nice body, cute face and stylish clothes. You picked a nice one. Not as perfect as I am but good I guess." She said. "Maria....." But she cut me off before I  could finish. "I'll leave Chris.......and Ash, watch out. Chris is still my man ." She said and then walked towards the door and left. "What the fuck was that?!" Josh asked. "I really don't know." I replied. "Well we just got into more shit!" Devin said. It was true though, we are in more shit.

Ash's POV:

That was probably the craziest and awkwardest thing that's ever happened to me. I must have some bad luck! First I get kidnapped by Nikki, then Devin tried to get a little close with me, next Chris and Devin don't talk and now there's a girl named Maria who hates my guts and claims to be Chris's girlfriend.

I feel so stressed. After that mess Chris had asked his manger why she was here. His manger said it would be good for the band if he was with Maria. Also she wanted him a music video for a song called Whore. How ironic right? We then headed back home. Chris and I didn't really talk much in the car. I could tell he was thinking so I didn't want to bother him.

Back at the apartment, Chris and I just slumped our bodies on the couch. We were both tired and drained from what happened today. "Chris, there's nothing actually going on with Maria and you, right?" I asked. "Why would you even ask that?! Of course not! I don't like her! I broke up with her because she was a bitch." He replied. "Okay." I said and then we cuddled. We watched The Nightmare Before Christmas before going to bed. Since I have my own bone daddy, he sings poor jack to me so I can have good nightmares. "I love you little bat." He says. "I love you too, bone daddy." I replied. I then drifted off the sleep In his warm arms.
