Angel Eyes [A Chris Motionless and Ash Costello Fan Fiction]

I'm No Good

Chris's POV:

I had decided last night that before I go on any further with my life I want to spend it with Ash and Dorian. I came up with the idea of asking her to marry me where I first asked her out almost a year ago. I know for most that doesn't seem like much but we've been through so much together. We even have our own bundle of joy, Dorian. I love Ash too much, if I let her go again I think I may die.

The messed up part is that I can't ask her until the band and I find a new drummer. Now we released our album Reincarnate about a week ago and the fans love it . We had a music video pre recorded so we also released that. We are going to make another for Break The Cycle. The guys and I have been looking for a drummer for a couple weeks now. We have found no one worth taking.

"Ugh I'm so tired of looking at videos of drummers who don't fit the role!" Josh said frustrated. "I am too, let's call it a day." Ricky said. "Wait there is one more. Its from a guy named Vinny Mauro, he lives in Jersey Shore Pennsylvania and he's 21." I said. "Alright let's check him out." Ghost replied.

I then opened the video chat to see the kid named Vinny. "Hi guys!" Vinny said. "Hey Vinny, we are Motionless In White but you probably knew that, haha. I'm Chris, this is Ghost, Ricky, Ryan and Josh." I said. "Nice to meet you." He said. "Alright Vinny, what are you going to play for us?" I asked. "Well I was actually going to do the drums for your song Abigail." He said. "Alright go ahead." I said.

Vinny sounded great, he played the part perfectly. To be honest I think he's the guy we need. "Ok Vinny, let me just talk to the guys quick." I put the video chat on mute and then turned to the guys. "What do you guys think?" I aksed. "He sounds great!" Ghost said. "I think we should take him." Ryan said. "Alright so we are an agreement that he's in?" I said. All the guys nodded their heads and I then turned off the mute on the video. "So Vinny, you're hired!" I said. "Oh my god! Thank you so much!" He said. "Alright so I know you're only anout 2 hours away but we heed you out here as quick as possible so we are going to send you a plane ticket to get you out here." I said "Alright sounds great! I'll see you guys soon." He said. I then ended the chat.

Now we have a drummer and we can start tour. I also have the time to propose to Ash. I had picked out a black ring with a black gem in it. It screamed Ash when I saw so I brought it immediately.

When I got home I told Ash I was taking her out later but I didn't tell her where. All I said was to dress nice and that all the guys would look over the house and take care of Dorian. I got ready at Ghost's place because we were low on make up at our place and Ash can't see me. As I got ready I started to stare at the ring and question myself. Am I good enough for her? Will I be what's best for Dorian? Am I going to hurt her?

"Are you ok Chris?" Ghost asked me. "Oh yea I'm fine. Just thinking thats it." I replied. "About what Chris? I can tell something is up with you." Ghost said. "It's just that am I doing the right thing? I mean I love Ash so much but I feel like she deserves better. And what about Dorian? Does he really want a dad like me, am I what's right for Dorian?" I don't know I just think I'm no good." After my small rant, Ghost turned to me and slapped me. "WHAT THE FUCK DEVIN!" I screamed. "So you could go back to being the Chris I know and that Ash loves. You are too good enough and Ash knows it too. So go ask the woman to marry you already!" He said and he was right. I snapped out of it and then I headed with the rest of the guys to the house to pick up Ash. I'm ready for this!

Alright the truth is I think I'm going to do about 4 more chapters and then end this story. It's pretty succesful in my eyes but I think this one is coming to a close. I have about 4 more stories that are still going on. I'll do three more chapters and an epilogue. Sounds good I think? Well I hope you all enjoyed the chapter!
