Jessie, Nat's mom, came in to wake us up for school in the morning. "Wake up guys. You need to get ready for school. You have one hour."
"Alright. Thanks mom." I said. She left and we got up. Mak and I went home to shower and change before coming back for breakfast. I wound up wearing Harry's sweatshirt, which was ginormously huge on me, and purple skinny jeans. Why I had purple ones, I don't know.
I walked back to Nat's and Makayla was already there. Weird she always takes forever.
"We were starting to wonder if you got kidnapped." Natalie joked.
"Nice outfit you got going on." Makayla remarked.
"I sort of almost match." I replied. "Natalie is wearing Liam's sweatshirt."
"But she and Liam are a bit closer in size." Makayla said. It was true. Both Makayla and Natalie were taller than me and had more muscle and build. In a good way. They were still thin but they had a figure, if that made sense. I was just skinny. I had no muscle or meat, no matter how much I worked out.
"Whatever. It's not my fault Harry's super tall and muscular, while I'm short and skinny."
"Alright let's go." Natalie interrupted.
We walked through the doors of the school and it was dead silent. We stopped. Everyone was staring. "Just keep going. You need to be in school for the last week." Nat whispered encouragingly in my ear. I just kept walking to my locker with my head up. I got my stuff and went to first period. I was there early for once.
"Hey, Kyle, can I talk to you in my office for a minute?" Mr. Breins asked me.
"Yes, sir." I said with my head low.
"I am so sorry for the way I acted the other day. I don't know why I believed them. I was being stupid. I am so sorry that it happened to you. I know how much you've wanted kids of your own and now you can't. I feel awful. I am so so so sorry." He pleaded.
"It's fine." I lied, faking a smile.
"Thank you so much." Mr. Breins said hugging me. I stiffly hugged back. As soon as he let me go, I went back into the room and sat down. I kept my head down for the remainder of class.
My morning classes were finally over. They were so boring because some people were finishing the final and then they just went over stuff for graduation. That's how the whole week would go. I didn't even have to take any finals because all of my grades were good enough to where I was exempt. I just sat there thinking about Harry or doodling in my notebook.
I finally made it to lunch. I sat down with Makayla and Natalie at our usual table after I got my food, mac'n'cheese. It was actually really good at our school.
A ton of people ran over as soon as we sat down.
"Hey do you want to hang out tonight?" "Will you come help me study?" "Come to my party Friday night!" Multiple people screamed at us.
"No to all of you! Sorry but you all hated me before you knew I was dating Harry Styles. No one would talk to me while Cameron, Malike and Alex were bullying me."
"Agreed!" Makayla and Natalie shouted in unison.
Everyone glared and left us alone. "I don't like you either. It's fine!" I said. Mak and Nat just laughed. We finished our lunch in silence. We left to our next classes. Mine was history. Boring.
I was just entering my last class, art, when Mr. Solis came on the announcements and said all of the seniors were supposed to go to the auditorium for a big announcement.
