He was fidgeting on his bed as he laid back in his plush headboard, wondering what to do about the beautiful caramel girl he was in love with. They were talking earlier on in the day since Berkley had a half day and Dylan a free day. He had a workout earlier, face timed Tyler and did some work but now he had something else to do.
To tell his girlfriend he loved her.
Dylan was extremely nervous as he took is iphone6 in hand, unlocking it slowly, taking his time. He was on the face time app, clicking recently called to see her name.

Pressing it, he sat in his kingsize bed, listening to the dial tone as it played. His nervous increased as no one had answered but he still kept on the line.
"Hey Dylan." Berkley's voice echoed out from the phone, and from what Dylan could see, she was in her garden and grinning like a fool. Just like him.
"Hey Berk, you alright?" Dylan smirked, leaning his phone on his knee as he drew his legs closer to his chest.
"I'm boiling right now! This heatwave is mad." Berkley huffed, showing Dylan her outfit of short shorts and a sleeveless low crop top. His eyes widened at seeing her exposed body due to the heat but he thanked the sun for the heatwave.
"Aww, I'm sorry. I guess living in LA makes you get used to it." Dylan justified, laughing as Berkley pouted.
"I wanna live in LA. I need sun 24/7."
"Not just to see a dark haired guy?" Dylan wriggled his eyebrows at her and she giggled, tipping back her head in mirth.
"Yess! That would mean I would see Tyler more." Berkley sighed dreamily, teasing Dylan whilst doing so. Her boyfriend gave her a cold look but grinned after.
"Tyler has a girl. And I have you." The loving tone in his voice was so obvious but Berkley didn't catch onto the love part, just thinking how she had such a sweet boyfriend like Dylan.
"You're such a cheeseball- but I love it." Berkley grinned, biting her thumb slightly. She watched DYlan laugh, his hazel eyes light up in glee and she couldn't help but fall more in love with the 24 year old actor.
"And I love you."
Dylan said, completely carefree, smiling widely. But when the hazel skinned girl's jaw dropped, Dylan knew he has said something wrong. His jaw dropped too as he realised he had said those three words to her in a carefree manner and he had never done that before.
"You yo- , you love me?" Berkley asked in an absurd tone, her eyebrows far up her face. Dylan flushed, looking down in slight embarrassment.
"Maybe?" Dylan replied, peering at her through his long lashes. His fingers were picking at his comforter, trying to absorb himself in something else.
"Look at me Dyl- please." Berkley whispered, straining her last words. He did so, meeting her brown but green flecked eyes.
"I love you too Dylan. God I think I fell in love with you after the first or second time we face timed. And I wish I had the balls to tell you. I am truly and utterly in love with you Dylan O'freaking Brien and I have no regrets." Berkley's smile was wider than America, and Dylan's grin was bigger than the sun.
"Well it doesn't matter now because now you know I love you so much and I have since about the second time we face timed and I am so glad I have. You have made my life so much better and I'm happy I fell in love with such a special guy." Dylan was biting his lip, shaking his head in absolute amazement at the news Berkley was giving him. He was elated by it.
"Seriously?" Dylan asked, his mind not comprehending the fact Berkley was in love with him. He thought that when he teold her, Berkley would just feel so awkward and distance herself away from him.
"Yes babe."
"Well, I am so happy because I think I knew I was in love with you about the time we had face timed for the second time. You showed me what real happiness was and I just love you so damn much for that Berk." Dylan said, his face showing pure glee and happiness.
"I'm going to fucking cry- please stop." Berkley chocked out, wiping her eyes and smiling softly at Dylan.
"Don't you ever shed a tear for me baby girl- don't ever." Dylan firmly said but with an undertone of love.
"God I love you so damn much- I really do. " Berkley laughed, smiling at the beautiful blue sky that was paired with the hot sun.
"I love you too."
