I sat typing away in my cubical at work, it was getting late and everyone was starting to leave, but not me, I was staying all night working on this one project. Soon almost everyone was gone and my boss came down the halla and stopped.

"Jessie, are you staying late?"

"Yes Mr. Harvey, I would like to finish this tonight."

"Oh, well it looks like its just you and Marcel then, have a good night."

"Thank you Sir."

Marcel. Marcel was a really starange co worker of mine, he was in marketing and wore the most ugly clothes that seemed like it had been from the early 80's.

...

"Jessie! Oh! Jessie!" I heard Marcel yell before he made it to my cubical and I turned around in my chair to look at him.

"Yes." I hissed.

"Could you come look at these, I wanrt your opinion."

"Fine." I said as I stood up, smothing my skirt out with my hands and fallowing him to his desk.

"So," he started, "I'm trying to pick a style for this band 'One Direction', they are making a movie and I wanted your help."

So he shwoed me a bunch of pictures that I only half cared about and finally he diceded on one of them and I walked back to my cubical to work.

I yawned, boy was it getting late, I glanced at my watch, 11:46pm.

"Jessie!" Marcel called again. I sighed, for the past hour he kept calling for me to come over for the most random things. I walked to his desk.

"What Marcel?"

"Um... look Jessie, I-I well... I really like you and I've only been calling you over so that I could ask you... but then I always got scared.... but-but what i'm trying to say is... will you go on a date with me?"

I smiled It's not like I liked Marcel for awhile or anything but he was cute so why not?

"Sure, Marce." He smiled widely and so did I. I think this could go well.
