SCRIBBLES

You left me a note

and at my heart, did it tear

It was crumpled and ragged,

it had obviously seen better wear

Yet still with frisk,

it's worn edges I tore open

Still naively in bliss,

that my heart wasn't torn open

With unlike speed,

the contents of the note my eyes did nibble

For even though I had only taken a peek,

it was tragic enough to make crystal drops from my eyes seep

Pain leaked through from the result of my nibbles,

I'm sorry, I should have told you sooner...

I wasn't very educated...

in the language of scribbles
