The Silent Boy

I am soooooo sorry!! You probably thought I just gave up on this book, but I didn't! My back phone camera broke so it's just a big pain to upload now, and I've been so busy I haven't had time to draw. Anyways, this is a found poem I did. It's from a section from Of Mice and Men. If you can't already tell, it's about Silver, even though he kinda looks like a girl in this lol. It kinda relates to Breaking the Silence, which you can check out on my fanfiction profile (my name is BlazikenForever on there as well). Shameless self promotion XD Oh and the word my thumb is covering up is her.
It reads:
"His voice was silent.
It rippled and drew the eyes of her,
So he stopped doing it.
Silence fell again.
Time passed, gnawing at him.
Footsteps sounded in the distance;
He continued to stare at the darkness.
Then he faced them."
