Y/n pov

I woke up and saw the guys still asleep, I carefully got up and ran home, I didn't know why, but I wanted to leave. I packed a bag and everything I needed before going into town. I hid my bag and began to search Phoenix Drop, soon I found my target. " Colton, over here" I waved to the guard, he turned my way. "Yes?". "I'm leaving Phoenix Drop, care to come" he looked at me surprised. "Sure, I guess" he followed me as I grabbed my bag and we headed out. To our luck no one saw us, soon we came to a snow aria, I got a coat and continued, we stopped for a little and then continued. Soon we reached the end of the snow aria and came somewhere around Scaleswind grounds.

"Now what Y/n"

"I don't know, maybe we can stay in Scaleswind for a little, or at least just outside of it".

"Sure, how about over their".

We walked over to a nice grassy aria and set up a small camp, some guards came over to see what was going on, they said as long as where out of he by morning. I soon fell asleep having dreams about my family, and what will happen next.

~time skip~

I got up and gathered my things before waking Colton. Once he was up a group of guards came over.( G=guard, C= Colton, Y/n= you)

G- "Your Y/n, right, and I assume this is your guard".

C- "I sure am, what do you need".

G- "We have a request to bring you back to Phoenix Drop, Lord Aphmau said you went missing".

Y/n shoot

I watched Colton draw his sword, I drew mine, we began to fight, we didn't hurt them because they didn't do anything wrong. Soon when we held them off we began to run, I stole a horse for Colton, I turned into my cat form and he followed behind me. Once we got far enough we slowed down, the guards all kept running as we ran another way, soon we made it to a tree that seemed to be an empty secret base. "How about here" I nodded and we climbed into the tree. I would most likely be fine in a tree, but this didn't seem right.

~Time skip to fore days later also Nightfall's pov~

I woke up, I was in Aphmau's house, soon she came in and picked me and icy up and put us on the floor. "Is Mommy back". "I'm sorry, last we herd of her was in Scaleswind, she's nowhere to be found". "Why would she leave us" I asked ignoring the question Icy asked. "I don't know, I'm sure she'll be back" once Aphmau left I began to wonder around. "Icy, I'm going after Mommy, maybe we can catch a ride with Garroth and the others on their way to Scaleswind". "Sure, whatever" I led the way to the boat, we where cats so no one really knew it was us. We where so small we easily sneaked on, soon when we made it to shore Dante found us, he said we could stay but we had to be careful. Icy and I began to sniff around, Garroth and Laurance found a trail, we led the way cause we could catch her sent. "Anything Nightfall?". "Nothing" I wailed, I missed Mommy. "It's ok, we'll find her". "OVER HERE". I looked over to where Icy yelled from, she was pointing to a cave. "Her sent is in here, come on". "Careful Icy, that cave could be unstable". "I don't care, I want Mommy". "ICY COME BACK NOW" Laurance began to run in after my sister, I sighed and followed. Icy and I led the way sense we where the only ones who could see in the dark. "Ok, lets go back" Laurance said looking unsure. "But Mommy is over this bridge, I see here" I looked over, there she was, tied up? "NO ICY COME BACK" Garroth yelled. "THAT BRIDGE IS BROKEN, IF YOU STAND ON IT, IT MIGHT BREAK". "STOP TRYING TO KEEP ME FROM MY MOMMY" Icy jumped onto the bridge. Sure Dante was right, Something did break, but not the bridge. The roof over her head began to fall, but her ears where back so she didn't hear us yell for her. I stared at her scared, rocks where on top of her, a bright red puddle under her now red/silver soaked fur. Garroth picked me up and I hid my face in his shoulder, not her, please not her. I heard as Dante and Laurance moved the rocks, I fell asleep after that, only memory left of my family, me.
