Dusty's pov

I couldn't think of anything to do, so I began to search for memories in my head. I found a picture of my Mother and Father. I remembered they told us to stay where we were, but I followed and saw them doing this,( pic above) I got in trouble. Another memory was when Nightfall and I where annoying Badgerfur while Icy was playing with our Mother, I don't remember he name. Badgerfur had lost his white fur as he grew, I felt like that will happen to Icy, Nightfall and I, when we get older our fur may change a bit. I remembered how Mommy was, she was sweet and she always was kind to me. I knew Y/n could be all those things but I wanted my full family back, I wanted someone to teach me fighting. Someone to hang with and play with, sure Dante and Laurance teach me cool thing while Garroth teaches me how to care for other thing, but I wanted a Dad that will teach me, not three different people. I still wonder how Icy got silver fur, Nightfall says he has memories of her being from another Mommy, I don't believe him, I'm older then him and if that was true I should be the one to remember. Sure Icy was fore months younger but that doesn't matter, she's our sister and we or at least I love her. I kept looking at memories until Laurance came over to take me out side, me and my siblings take turns, Icy was with Garroth and Nightfall is with Dante, tomorrow I get Garroth and so on. "Hey Dusty, ready". "Sure" I followed Laurance to the mane room, it had a big couch and some tables, he picked me up and set me in a little kids chair ( not a high chair). He asked me to stay put as he went to get Nightfall and Icy. I squirmed until I fell out of the chair, I stood up and ran to the door, I had to grab a stool to reach the door knob. When I got outside I ran into the forest, I wanted to explore, I may get in trouble but it will be worth it once I get some adventure. I turned into a kitten and ran out, soon after I got away from Phoenix Drop guard tower something grabbed my tail. I turned into my normal form and looked behind me, Dante was holding my arm.

"where in Irene do you think your going".

"Adventuring, please!".

"Fine, but only because you do need some fun, and I can't leave you out here alone".

"Thanks Dante".

I led the way to through what I thought would be a fun path, as I looked around the forest I got more memories. Dante seemed surprised by the forest beauty to, I wished Mommy was here, she'd love the f/c flowers and the beautiful blossoming trees. Soon we got tired and I got to hunt some food, I only found a mouse for me and some left over bread that was on the floor for Dante. Soon after we ate I fell asleep.

Dante's pov

Dusty fell asleep, poor kid. I just hope Y/n isn't worried about him, it's not like where leaving Phoenix Drop territory, I'v been here before, it's just new for him, and I like his curiosity for adventure. I decided to take him home, I picked him up careful not to pull his tail and wake him. His fuzzy dust-brown ears where flat against his head while his tail curled around my hand. When we got to Phoenix Drop I told Y/n on how I found him and let him explore, she seemed so worried that I felt bad about not taking him home sooner. I watched as she lightly stroked his hair out of his face, and how she held him close, it was to cute, they just need a father now.
