*Kakashi's POV*

A cold and wet Yani is standing at my door. What better way to get closer to her than to let her stay the night?

"What's wrong Yani?"

"My house was destroyed and you're the one person I trust the most. Do you by chance have a spare room or will you let me sleep on the couch? Please Kakashi."

"Of course come in."

She smiles as I lead her to the guest bedroom. She asks if she can borrow one of my shirts so she can get out of her wet clothes. I go to my room and pull my longest shirt out of my dresser. She puts on the shirt and it looks like a dress on her. I take her clothes and hang them up to dry. She thanks me again for everything I've done for her and she hugs me before she leaves to go to sleep.

The next morning I was up early making breakfast for when Yani woke up. She comes out of the guest bedroom with a small yawn and her hair going every direction but down.

"Good morning Kakashi."

"Good morning Yani. How did you sleep?"

"Great! Thank you. For everything. I'm sorry any of this had to happen."

She starts to cry as she hugs me. I hug her back and tell her it's not her fault.

*Yani's POV*

I'm acting like such a baby. I need to sort everything out alone. I let go of Kakashi and find my clothes. I go to the guest room and change. I sneak past the kitchen and quietly slip through the cracked balcony door. I climb on the roof and jump from house to house.

*Kakashi's POV*

I finish making breakfast and knock on the guest room door. No answer. I open the door and find my shirt neatly folded on the bed. Yani wasn't here. Where could she have gone? I go into the living room and find the balcony door open wider than I left it.

I jumped on the roof and vaguely saw her in the distance running to a giant oak tree outside of the wall. I ran after and and hid in the tree so she wouldn't see me. She sits on a low branch and cries to herself
