Sorry that this isn't the most interesting of chapters. I'm slowly making my way up to the main plot, but I hope you all enjoy it anyway :)

I honestly didn't mean to upset him, really. I was just looking out for him, and – that douche could've ended their plans in a more tasteful way than that crude note; be sure, that Peter and Leo will beat the shit out of him for his little stunt.

But really, I do feel bad. Jaz and I were just looking out for Ollie. Dave or whatever his name is, was only using him and I wasn't about to let Ollie become another name on his list of conquests. Oliver is more than a simple lay.

I'm going to apologise, of course – both Jaz and I will apologise, but after he calms down; right now, the apologies will go in one ear and out the other. It doesn't mean that we won't try, though.

Jaz and I sat under the bleachers at the Football field, watching the footy players do their stretches while digging into a jar of Nutella. We were both feeling pretty shitty about what we'd done, and really wanted to make it up to Oliver, but we really didn't know how. I mean, who does?

"So, I suppose they're all pissed?" Jaz commented as Jenkins glanced over at them, giving Jaz a wink as he did before catching a football in the face.

We winced.

"Yeah, pretty much but Peter and Leo seemed to understand the logic – it was just the note they didn't like."

"We didn't write the note."

"Yeah, I know that but they don't seem to believe that," I responded with a shrug, shifting on the spot. "Not that I blame them. We did a bitchy thing."

"For a good cause. I guess all we can do is try to make up for it – a heartfelt apology, perhaps?"Jaz suggested, before tilting her head and taking a good look at Donny's behind, and letting out a low whistle. I frowned and gave her a sharp jab in the gut to snap her out of it, for which she returned with a sheepish smile.

"This is going to take more than a heart felt apology, but it's a start," I replied with a shrug, popping the lid back on the Nutella, before ducking down."Shit, Coach Flynn is starting to catch on; let's get out of here and think up that apology."

Jaz nodded in agreement before heading back to my place, swapping ideas on how to make it up to Oliver. Obviously buying him a turtle was out of the question, because they scared the shit out of him (Peter shoved one down his pants when we were younger. He just won't go near them). We also avoided the bribing, and the sugar. Liz would kill us if we gave Oliver sugar. In the end we decided to ask Oliver what to do in return. His answer was simply;

"Get me a date, and don't fuck it up on me."

Jaz and I shared looks before glancing warily back at Oliver who merely glared.

"Uh, Ollie? I don't really think we can do th-"

"Unless you want me to give you the silent treatment for the rest of your lives, I'd do this one little favour for me," He responded sharply, pursing his lips. "Is it really that difficult?"

"Ollie, we don't really know anyone who aren't total pricks," Jaz answered apologetically, wringing her hands together. "We would if we cou-"

"Kieran."

"Kieran James...?"I asked slowly, trying to let it sink in.

"Yes, Kieran James; recently bi-curious, Kieran James. I'm attracted to him and he has, indeed asked me for his help in figuring it out. Let me go on this date; don't ruin it for me, don't tell Leo or Peter about the date, and if they do find out, don't let them ruin it," He said. He ran a hand through his hair, pausing for a moment before biting his lip. "Um... and let me borrow twenty dollars because I'm a little short."

"Dude, Kieran is only using you to -"

"Yeah, I know," He cut in, shrugging his shoulders. "And I want to help him. Who knows, if I'm lucky, something might come out of it, but I'm not holding my breath. Just give me this, please?"

"Fine," I groaned, crossing my arms. Jaz looked equally perturbed, but said nothing in return.

Oliver gave a faint smile and hugged us both before kicking us out of his room.

"If he hurts Ollie in any way, I am seriously going to kick his arse," I muttered, as Jaz and I journeyed down the hall. Jaz nodded in agreement, frowning. "Yeah; he's such a douche – but perhaps that's only because he's been closeted for all these years? I mean, I've heard that his dad is fairly dismissive of the LGBT community."

"Perhaps, but it doesn't mean I like the situation any more," I groaned, opening the door. Jaz and I kicked out shoes off and collapsed onto my bed, laying side by side and staring at my star covered ceiling.

"We don't really have a choice, though, if we want Ollie to forgive us."

"I know. Let's just... spy on them," I replied slowly, and equally slow smile forming on my lips. Jaz quickly sat up and glared.

"No."

"Aw c'mon, babe; we'll just be watching!"

"No, Luce. We promised Oliver that we wouldn't mess with his date." Jaz argued, fisting the best sheet. I rolled my eyes at her worry.

"Dude, we're only watching; it's not like we're going to interrupt or anything."

"Interrupt what?" Leo asked as he stuck his head inside my room, studying us curiously. I rolled my eyes.

"Our sexual romp; know anyone who's interested in a Ménage à trois?" I asked.

"Ah. No, I might just... go now," He mumbled awkwardly, closing the door.

Jaz and I stared at the door for a few moments before bursting into laughter, falling back onto my bed and grinning at each other. Our laughter soon died down, though and our past topic was resurrected.

"Look, I just think it's wrong for us to follow him on his date after getting him to forgive us,"Jaz stated and crossed her arms over her chest. "I mean, maybe we should just... let him do this alone. He's a big boy, he needs to learn how to stand on his own two feet."

I let out another mournful groan and buried my face into my pillow, taking a few moments before peeking at Jaz who was still staring expectantly at me. I glared. "You really need to stop being my voice of reason. It's starting to piss me off."

"It's a small price to pay, if it keeps you out of trouble." She teased, tugging at my cheek.

I sighed and stared back at my ceiling. We lapsed into silence after that.

Just a little note; I really don't like to do this, but I made a promise to a friend, and I'm going to go through with it. I just want to give a shout out to a lovely lady; BloodyRain, who is just starting out on Wattpad. She's a friend of mine in reality, and the story has some  serious potential. I'm not one to made recommendations, but seriously, check out World War V
