You Can't Buy Love

Chapter 5

Weston was Spiderman. It was actually pretty cute. I decided to go with something other than a well known hero. I dressed as Sailor Moon.

It was now about 8:30 and Simon was jumping around swinging Mikey's weapon around. He hit Weston in the head who then sprayed Simon with the silly string webbing. I laughed until Blake accidentally smashed silly string into my gummy bear rug.
ME: "Ok, everyone ON TO THE NEXT ROOM! SIMON NO MORE CANDY FOR YOU! WESTON EITHER GET OUT OF THAT COSTUME OR PICK A NEW ONE! NONE WITH A WEAPON! YOU TOO SIMON!"
They frowned and walked back to the closet. 5 minutes later Simon walked out dressed as Chewy and Weston was the Flash. (Simon in Chewy outfit above) I grabbed my other clothes since the boys were still wearing theirs underneath their costume and pushed them out of my old bedroom.
ME: "Ok, Blake, keep the candy basket away from Simon. Boys, lets go. The next room is the other way."
They followed me down the hall and closer to the back. I stopped at a door with a dolphin on it.
ME: "This is the first of 2 pools."
I opened the door and stepped in.

WESTON: "The Flash thinks this looks more like an amusement park ride!"
ME: "The Flash would be correct. It was based on an amusement park ride. I'm the only one who uses this one. My parents use the one out here."
I walked to a sliding door and pointed outside.

ME: "Except for the slide. We had it built in but I never use it."
I suddenly heard the front door open and slam shut. I shushed the boys and motioned for them to follow me. I walked to a door with the word Armory on it.
BLAKE: "Are we supposed to be in here?"
I opened the door. It wasn't full of actually guns. They were Nerf guns and bows. I looked at Blake and smiled.
SIMON: "What are we doing?"
I quietly shut the door.
ME: "I heard the door open. That means everyone else just got here. We can use this stuff to ambush them. My dad probably told them to sit in the living room. Simon, you'll take this one."
