CARTER'S POV

I was in my final class for the day wanting so badly for the bell to ring. After school me and some boys were going to go hang out at my place since my parents weren't going to be home.

                                                           RING.RING.RING

I was the first one out the door . I know what you are wondering .... why am i in such a rush to hang out with my friends. well first i have to make sure that my uncle wasn't at the house. My uncle is like a dictator. Everything has to go his way. If it doesn't then he would find some kind of punishment.

I had just pulled into my drive way when i had notice a car in front of the house. i havent seen  this car before so i guess it was just one of my uncles friends.

While i was walking up into my room i heard what sounded like moaning. I followed the sound and stopped in front of my uncles room. I wouldn't take the curiosity any more so i barged in. My uncle was on top of this lady.

" what the......"

" boy don't you know how to know" he said screaming at the top of his lungs

"Who is she?"

"She is the lady whom you will be living with now"he said smirking

"WHAT" Did he just say that i would be living with this random girl that i just caught him on top of? Can my life get any more crazier?

"You heard what i said, and her daughter goes to your school "

" You cant just kick me out to live with her"

"Well this house is being for-closed and you need a place to stay"

"How do you even know her"

"I work with her, and this her has a name"he said pointing to her

"which is?"

"her name is Annie , and you better treat her and her daughter with respect, now go pack i will drop you off in an hour"

Is this even possible to have my life changed that quick. Most of this didn't make any sense, i just had so many questions to ask but i already knew they would get answered. I finished packing, grabbed my guitar and headed toward the front door. My uncle gave me the address of the new house i would be staying in and i put it into the GPS.

 I am now standing out of Annie's house deciding if I should stay or just go to a hotel or something. Without even clearly thinking i just rang the door bell. What if her daughter didn't know me, or hated boys like me, or even worst doesn't want me to stay here. After I rung the bell a couple times somebody who seemed to be my age opened the door.

" What are you doing here" she said a bit harsh

"UMMM.....nice to meet you too" I said more like a question "aren't you the girl i ran into in the hallway today at school?"

"yes I am the girl you ran into, but you still haven't answered my question?"

( just great im another person that already doesn't like me)

"I'm carter Dawson and I'm going to be living in your house" I was trying to search her eyes to see what she was feeling or thinking but they showed no emotion. Maybe she doesn't even know who I am

" C-C-C -Carter Dawson as in the carter Dawson"

"UMMM.... ya" i said in more of a question

" Well lets get you settled in the guest house "

She opened the door wider for me to come in. We headed upstairs with her leading the way of course. their house was very homey. It had 3 levels, everything in it was mostly white and they had many pictures hanging up the walls. I saw her every now and then sneaking glances back at me, probably to make sure i didn't steal anything or something. ( You have been arrested before for stealing idiot, that is most likely how she knows you)

" I will just leave you to get settled in, come down stairs when your done for dinner"

my room wasn't bad at all. i had a queen sized bed with a mini table on the side, a black dresser on the other side of the room and a walk in closet. I never really had much so this is like paradise compared to my last room. Since i had my own bathroom i decided to jump into the shower so i could freshen up for  dinner. I stripped out of my cloths and turned on the water letting the warm water hit my skin.This gives me plenty of time to think about what my life is now going to be. I jumped out of the shower and threw on some grey sweats and ran down stairs to see what Selena was doing. I got to where she was sitting and just stood there watching her stare at me. She looked frightened with a mixture of something else.

" Take a picture it will last longer" i guess she didn't notice i was watching her because face flushed red. Gosh she looked so cute when she blushed.(dude  what are saying, stop being a sissy) Just to my luck Annie walked through the front door with bags in her hand. Remembering the words that bled through my uncles mouth i rushed over to her and took the bags from her to set them down on the table.

"Why don't you go get on a shirt before we eat" whispered Selena but i could hear what she said. With that I headed up to my room to put on a shirt. On my way to my room i was stopped by a picture with Selena, Annie, and what looked like Selena's dad. Where is her dad?and if Annie is married then why was she with my uncle. Remembering that everybody was waiting on me i walked into my room a quick;y through on a shirt. I could already see that this was going to be a very quite dinner. I rushed down stairs to see everybody sitting down waiting for me. i took my seat and we all ate in peace. i mean i not going to lie that was the weirdest dinner i have ever had.

yay another update*does happy dance*

anyway you guys got to hear from Carters pov and man isn't his life confusing. This was not my best writing i have to admit but it is not easy for me to write in different povs

the next chapter will be in Selenas pov........i also was wondering if anyone would be willing to make a cover for this story. Also next week i will be going back to school which will make it harder for me too update as often but i will try my best for you guys.
