getting to know carson

SELENA'S POV

After dinner i went up into my room to change into my pajamas. My mind is still trying to wrap its self around the fact that Carter Dawson was living in the same house as me. Many people would have called the police by now do to his so called bad boy reputation. Why havent i done that yet, why was i not afraid of him like most people?

Is it even possible to develope feelings for somebody that quick? I was so far into my thoughts i didnt even notice Carson leaning on my door.

"UMMM......is there something that you need?" maybe that came out too harsh

"can we talk?" I could see a bit of pink in his cheeks

"There is nothing really to talk about i mean you just move into my house for some unknown reason an don't even mention it when you bump into me in the hallway"

" I didnt even know i was going to be living with you then so dont need to get smart with me!" The risinng in his voice took me a bit by surprise

"okay then lets talk" I said patting down a spot on my bed for him to sit.

we were up until 1 in the morning talking. he told me about how he found my mom with his uncle and how he wasn't really the bad guy that everybody thought he was. When he told me about my mom and his uncle it didn't really surprise me as much as it may have to others. see my mom is a stripper and has always wanted me to join her in the bisinus but i have always denied.

Even the thought of what my mom once tried to make me gives me shivers, she is the reason why im an outsider, why i dont like to be known.

" Well Carter we have school tomarrow and im tired so im going to get dome sleep"

" Okay sleep well then"

I wake up to my phone buzzing on my dresser.

FROM:MOM

Going to be out late. you and carter can go out for dinner, money is on the counter

Of course she was going to be home late. but at least this gives me time to get to know carson a bit more. I finally decided to get ready for school even though no body would care if i didnt show. I was getting my bra out of my dresser when i saw a note

Dear Selena,

       I didnt want to wake you so I just left you a note. You are late to school and your mom said that you could stay home if you really wanted to. Also tonight at eight me and you are going to olive garden for dinner.

maybe i should just stay home. i mean i was already late and i do need a break. Okay ive decided that today i was going to have a me day. i wont worry about my mother or about school or anything.i grabbed my blankets and pillows from my bed and headed to the living room. Once i set up all my blankets and things i chose ten movies and popped in the first one was titanic. This was my favorite movie of all time.

I was in the middle of my 5th movie (how to save a life) when Carson walked in and sat next to me. I didnt mind that he was sitting next to me it is just that i didnt hear him come in so he sorta startled me.

Gosh i never noticed how good looking he was from the side. Like i could just stare at him for as long as I live.

" take a picture it will last longer" he said knocking me out of my zone

All I could do was blush, that was the second time that he caught me staring at him.

" what time is it?" I asked trying to change the subject

"6:55"

"okay well im going to go get ready" I said still trying not to make eye contact

" why we leave at 8:00" he clearly doesn't know anything about girls

" girls take way longer than boys to get ready" with that I went up to my room to get ready.

By time I was in my room and got my bed organized it was already 7:10. I quickly jumped into the shower and washed my hair. I got out ten minuets later and blow dried my hair then put on my makeup. That took at least 15 minuets. Then I had took pick out my outfit. I ended up picking a white jump suite with  black stilettos. by time i was done getting ready it was 7:55. I looked in the mirror one last time then went down stairs to meet up with Carson.

I am super sorry i was not able to update it was not my fault. I know you guys were expecting to find out more about Carson but that will be in the next chapter i promise. Well were I am it is 5:13 am but I just had to update for you guys

Oh and I will be updating 3 more times due to me starting school on tuesday so i wont be able to write as much.
