I could tell by his face he was shocked. We stood there for at least 10 seconds until he answered "Uhhh ..yeah I'll tell you what u need to know follow me " with that he flew into the sky , me following him by channeling the power of a Hawk.

Buddy's P.O.V
"Okay look " He said as he sat down "That necklace is An Item called the Tantu totem It allows you to channel the abilities, spirit, Ashai whatever you what to call it , via the red. The Red is a force which connects and pervades all animal life in the universe. It is intended to be the force from which a number of animal-powered heroes get their abilities. The morphogenetic field, It is primarily me , and my daughter Maxine, who can interact with The Red. Also the Tantu Totem used by Your mother Vixen was their creation, as were the helmet and elixir that were found by B'Wana Beast. The Red and The Green have been allied in battling against The Rot for all time. Both have turned to humans to be their champions, as they are the most resilient. " I said "Now about the Totem ." "Its a mystical totem said to be created by Anansi the Spider. The Tantu Totem helps its owner focus their animal mimicry abilities. It was recently said that the user longer requires the totem to focus their ....."bestial abilities".

The mystical artifact called the Tantu Totem is a fox shaped talisman created by the African trickster god Anasi the spider. Originally created for the ancient African warrior Tantu who prayed to the trickster god asking for a totem to allow him mastery over the animal kingdom thereby protecting his people. The Tantu Totem did indeed allow Tantu to access the morphogenetic field and hence adapting his physical human limits to adapt numerous animal traits. Tantu then used the totem to become Africa's first hero and legend. I learned that Anasi may have actually been a member of the alien race who gave Me, my ability to tap the morphogenetic field. Or it may be that the aliens may have actually been Anasi in disguise . The totem was later passed down to Tantu's descendants until it reached the McCabes.It was thought that the totem was the source of Vixen's powers but when me and the League were fighting Amazo , it merely prevented Vixen's natural link to the morphogenetic field from overwhelming her mind. It was assumed that the totem also increased her range for mimicking the abilities of animals, as she has been known to mimic the abilities of animals on the other side of the world." 'The Totem" I say pointing at it "Is far older than Camelot or myself, Its tied to all animals that ever will be , or ever were." "Please , keep the Totem safe , I've worked with Vixen enough times to know that some people will do anything to get the power of the Totem, She was one of the best people I've ever known , She always tried to save everyone . I admired that about her". "Weeelllll ,that's all I got about the - ooff" I was slightly shocked for a moment until I looked to see Decon hugging me ,since I knew why I simply hugged him back . When he pulled away a single tear slipped from his eye . With that he said a simple thank you , gave a small smile and walked out with his hand on the totem. My last thought was "He's ganna make a great hero someday".....
