Chapter 7

Abel

" Hawk lets go! Freddy downstairs!"
I gave myself a final glance in the mirror. I look sharp and ready.
Hawk walked out of the bathroom. " so how do i look?" He spun around. "Desperate. Now let's go." He gave me the finger in retaliation.

We met up with Freddy downstairs. "Well if it ain't the men in black!" We greeted each other. " Gotta look good tonight Fredd!" Freddy held the door for us to hop inside the truck. " you look good for once Hawk lol " " yo fuck off man and take us where we need to go. "

Freddy dropped us off at the pick up point where Casper then brought us to the house.

AT SENSES

The house was packed with people. Laughing, chatting, drinking and hanging around. " Aahhhhhhh. I remember my welcoming party. " Hawk had the biggest smile on his face. I raised my brow at him. " oh yeah? What happened?" ............ No answer. " well alright then" " just enjoy tonight. Come on let me introduce you to some people"

We headed towards a group of men. " don't start the party without me fellas!!" They turned around to see who it was. " Well if it ain't the bird! What's up bro! " they greeted eachother. " not much fam! Been busy. I brought our new member to celebrate tonight". They all looked at me. " fellas meet my brother Abel." I extended my hand to each of them for a handshake. Tony, Paul, Shaun and Kurt.

Kurt is 28 years old. Been a member for 3 years now. He's a ladies man but is ready to settle down. Paul 24, 2 year member along with his cousin Shaun 27. They're both truck drivers. Last comes Tony. 30 years old, single and has no sense of committing any time soon. He's here for the thrill.

Tony controlled most of the conversation. Talking about how many women he has. I smiled and laughed along with everyone else to be polite. God knows he's working my nerves though. I thought I was bad but this dude beat me by a mile. I may break women's heart. Fuck em then dip, but I don't go around impregnating women all over the city and state. I have a heart. I just hide it away from these women.

" No offence Tony, but I'm sure nobody wants to hear how much of an asshole you are"

It was Noc. " Abel, Hawk. I believe you are needed in the library. " Noc led the way. As we were approaching the room, I noticed 3 women. They were laughing, twirling around and taking pictures. " all yours gentlemen" " thanks Noc." He walked away leaving us to the women.

Hawk decided to intervene. "Having fun without us??? You girls couldn't wait huh?" They stopped to look in our direction. The one in the yellow dress squealed and ran towards hawk. " babe! I'm soo glad you made it!!" They hugged. " any chance i get to see you, I'm there".
