I walked into Five Guys that was about 2 blocks away from our hotel. I ordered me and Taylor a burger and fries, which was our favorite. After I placed our order, I patiently sat at a table, took out my phone and dialed my mother's number. She picked up on the second ring.
"Hello?" She answered
"Hey ma.."
"Hi! You guys made it there safely?"
"Of coarse, ya know Tori is afraid of heights so she slept through the whole flight" I told her as I chuckled
"Well airplanes are a little scary, you have to admit..way up in the sky. Poor child, I know how she feels"
"Come on ma.." I laughed "Don't tell me your afraid of airplanes too? Is that why you and dad didn't come?"
"Oh hush! That is not why, but when you see Syd tell her I'm sorry we couldn't make it"
"I will ma.." I nodded my head as if she could see me "What's dad up too?"
"Your father is sleeping, I swear he acts like an old man sometimes"
"Well that's dad"
"Yeah"
After talking with my mom for awhile, our food was finally ready. I took the food and drinks and walked back to the hotel. When I got inside the room, it was very quiet. I peeped that the bedroom door was open and saw Taylor sleeping peacefully. Our hotel was like a little apartment. Which was nice.
I sat the food on the table, and proceeded to walk towards the bedroom. I quietly sat on the bed and softly shook Taylor
"Tay? Baby?" I whispered "I brought some food, you want to eat?"
"Nooo Treeey.." She whined "I want to sleep" she said as her eyes were still closed. I chuckled with a smile, as I leaned down and kissed her head. I got up from the bed and went to go eat my food. I plopped down on the couch and turned on the tv to CNN and ate my food.

30 minutes passed by, and Taylor was still asleep and I was now full from eating. As soon as I was about to fall asleep myself, there was a knock on the door. I silently groaned as I got up and went to answer the door. It was Sydney..
"Brother!" She said happily as she hugged me "Oh! I missed you so much.." She walked passed me and inside the hotel
"Would you lower your voice please?" I asked her as I closed the door back "Taylor is sleep.."
"Did she have the baby already?"
"No.." I sighed "How did you get here? And how did you know what room we are staying in?"
"I caught the bus here and Taylor told me, we text eachother like 24/7.." She smiled as she sat on the couch "Who's food?"
"It's Taylor's" I took the food that was on the table and put it in the refrigerator "And you didn't catch the bus here by yourself did you?"
"Yeah..I'm old enough to catch the bus by myself, I'm 16" she rolled her eyes
"That's not the point Sydney, you barely know anything here in North Carolina...I don't want you to get lost or kidnapped one day" I told her as I sat beside her in the couch
"That won't happen.." She sighed loudly "Can you stop acting like your dad? Your not dad! I have one dad, I don't need 2"
"Fine! I won't tell you nothing else.."
We awkwardly sat there in silence, as CNN still played on the tv. I looked at her and she looked at me. When we both looked at eachother, we looked back at the tv. Siblings. Smh
"Why mom and dad didn't come?"
"They couldn't make it..I don't know?"
"I miss them, sometimes I just want to come home..."
"Do you like it here?"
"Yeah..I love it here, but I don't know anybody here and I just miss you guys.."
"We miss you too Syd" I smiled down at her and kissed her head "You'll be back soon"
"Yeah.."

Wendy
After I took care of my patient, I went to the cafeteria to get a salad and a water. I sat at the table and began to eat. I noticed my patient coming in as well, he smiled as he saw me. I watched as he walked over to me
"Doctor Young? Correct?" He smiled
"Correct" I smiled "Mr. -"
"Brian"
"Brian. How can I help you?"
"I wanted to ask if I can take you out to dinner sometime? I think your very beautiful"
"Is that so?"
"Yeah. So what do you say? Can I get your number or?"
"Before we go out, I have to tell you I have two teenage kids and-"
"That's fine" he smiled "There's no problem with that"
"Well...I guess"
Taylor
I woke up from my nap about 2 hours later. I looked over my left shoulder and saw that the bed was empty. Where's Tremaine? I got out of bed and walked out of the room and saw Tremaine talking to Taylor
"Hi Sydney"
"Taylor!" She said happily as she walked over to me and hugged me "Your about to pop. Is he coming soon?"
"Yes he is.." I smiled as I placed my hand in my belly "I can't wait"
"Me either. I can finally meet my son"
"And I will be an Auntie! Yay!"
"Babe? Your food is in the refrigerator" he told me. I yawned while nodding my head, heading to the refrigerator to get my food. I saw a bag of Five Guys and I'm guess it is mines.
"Thanks babe.."
"Your welcome love"
I walked over to the couch and sat down between them. I started to eat my food. It was delicious.. I needed it
