Emma's POV

Night has just settled over the newly reformed Storybrooke, and Henry and I were having dinner at the apartment. "Have you heard from him?" my son murmured quietly. I looked at him. He hung his head as if he'd said something wrong. I half smiled. "No, kid. I haven't." Henry's face fell. "He just needs time," I said, using the words of Granny. "I'll give him that." Henry got up to put his plate and fork in the sink. "But he needs you!" he insisted. I laughed in spite of myself, feeling serious deja vu from back when Henry was trying to convince me that the curse was real. "He needs Milah," I said, nearly choking on the words. I tried to play it off by pretending the clear my throat. "After all, she was Izzy's mother." Henry leaned on the counter. "But, Mom! If you don't talk to him now, you'll loose him forever! He'll find Milah and they'll be a family again! Without you!" "Ok maybe that's what he needs!" I erupted. Henry's eyes widened. "I helped Rumplestiltskin kill Izzy! How could he ever forgive me for that?" I reached out and touched his cheek with my hand. "I don't think I could ever forgive someone if they did that to you." Henry nodded, but pulled away and headed for the door. "Where are you going?" He yanked his jacket down from the coat rack. "I'm meeting Grandpa at Granny's for ice cream," he said. "I'll be back by 8." With that he left, leaving me alone and slumped against the kitchen counter.

Regina's POV

"I don't know Robin, she was just acting so strange," I said to Robin, speaking in the context of my mother. He sighed and laid the baby in her crib. Your mother has always been hard to understand." He took my hand. "I'm sure this will pass." I tried to nod but ended up shaking my head. "You should've seen her and Mr. Gold. They can't stand each other, yet they were actually being nice to one another." I paused and laughed to myself. "Mother called it being friendly, but there has to be more to it than that." Just then, there was a loud knock at my front door. Robin jumped to go get it, but I held up my hand. "Stay with the baby. I got it." The knocks kept growing louder the closer I got to the door. "I'm coming, I'm coming!" I shouted as scrambled down the stairs. Still the knocking continued. I stood in front of the door and yanked it open with a quick fling. "Hi, sis." There on my porch stood my ever-ambitious sister, Zelena. Her red hair was frizzed and tangled and her black suede outfit was ripped and tattered, only an accessory to the scratches and cuts on her face and exposed arms. "I'm back."
