I sat at my desk and put my head down. Somebody nudged me but I just groaned and left my hand down. I heard walking around the classroom and some low chatter. Somebody put their hand on my shoulder and said "Let me see it". I lifted my head and looked up to see Miss Astro's face. "What?" I asked. Some kids laughed as I said that. I stretched as Miss Say to was telling me that the 'all about me project' had a check-in grade. "I don't have it" I said. "Why not? You were supposed to have over half of it done." I looked at her for two seconds and lowered my head back down in my arms. Just ignore her, maybe she'll go away. Just..dont get mad. "Excuse me, sit up. No sleeping in class. If you can't show me your project, I'm going to have to give you a zero for the check in. And if you keep your head down, I'm giving you a zero for today's class participation." I sat up and gave her a glare and I told her I didn't do it. She gave me a half smirk, as if she enjoyed giving me a zero. I rolled my eyes as she walked away to go check the next kid. I just had to make it through this class..and three more classes..until lunch. I can do this..I hope.
