Chapter Three

After countless of torturous minutes of riding that beast, weaving in and out of cars and speeding down the streets of downtown, Aiden finally pulls up to a gated community houses.  Every single flippin house is a freaking mansion.

"What are we doing here?"

"This is where I live.  My aunt owns one of the houses beyond this gate.  The guys live with her, as well."  He responds as he pulls up to the gates and comes to a stop next to a keypad.  He punches in four numbers, causing the gate doors to start sliding apart.

Once it opens enough to fit both us and the bike through, Aiden speeds forward and down a curvy street going left and right.  He leans the bike this way and that.  I have no choice to follow his lead, unless I want to end up being scrapped up off of the pavement.

Finally, after another good minute or so, we pull up to a mansion that looks glorious in all its beauty.  It looks like it was originally built several years ago, but has had good up keep over the years since.

"You live here?"  I ask, still too stunned to move off the back of the bike.

"Yeah, my aunt owns the place.  It was left to her after my grandparents passed away. So, you going to let go of me so I can show you around?"  He says with mischievous spark to his facial features, "Or, we could just stay like this all afternoon."

I quickly dropped my arms as I felt a blush come across my cheeks.  He chuckled quietly.

"Come on. Let's go."  He hopped off the bike and extended a hand out to me so I could get off as well.  I hesitated for a moment before grabbing his hand and swinging my leg over the bike as well.  Except, I didn't do it as nearly as graceful as he did and my foot got caught on the other side of the bike causing me to have to hop on one leg to keep my balance.

I was fighting a losing battle and lost my balance anyways.  I braced myself to face plant on the concrete, but the impact never came.  Instead, two strong arms wrapped around me as quick as lighting and saved me from kissing the ground.

The arms pulled me up straight and held me around the waist with one arm as the other reached down to untangle my foot.  Then, I was lifted in the air effortlessly and set firmly on the ground on two feet.

I looked up to see two hazel eyes sparkling at me with amusement in them.

"Now, we don't want you breaking anything after just getting out the hospital so soon now do we?"

I glared.  "I wasn't trying to.  It isn't my fault your bike loves me so much and just didn't want to let me go."

"No, it isn't, but it is your own fault for being so short."  He smirked.

I faked a gasp.  "RUDE!"  He chuckled.

He grabbed my hand and led me to the front door.  Once we reached the door, he dropped my hand and pulled out keys to unlock the door with.

The door looked like a thick oak with lots of fancy swirly designs.  It was quite beautiful.  Aiden got the door unlocked before pushing the door open and holding it there so I could enter.  I stepped into the entrance way and stared around in a complete daze.  The entry was wide and opened, with a dome ceiling and a chandelier with diamond chimes hanging down from the center.

I was in such a trance, I didn't realize we had company.  Standing on the other side of the entry way, was non other than the guys and a really pretty land with blonde hair and light hazel eyes.  My guess is she is Aiden's aunt.
