As soon as an ambulance reached my apartment building, I was rushed to a hospital for a live-saving organ transplant. How on Earth I got a donor so quickly, I never thought I'd know.

I lay in my hospital bed, recovering. I picked at my dinner for that night, I wasn't necessarily hungry. I took a bite to get the nurse off my back, but when she left the room I spit it out. I don't remember hospital food tasting so bad, but this surely did.

The window to my right started to slowly open. And there he was again.

Only this time he looked... smug.

Like he had planned all of this.

I screamed again. And he put his hand over my mouth again.

And I was terrified. Again.

He pulled me in for a hug.

He flipped the page.

I was so shocked and still scared out of my mind to react. When I heard the doctor's footsteps outside my door, he quickly jumped out the window and shut it behind him.

It was like that for the rest of my recovery.

Eventually, I grew trustful.

Eventually, we would talk to each other.

I flipped the page.

He would ask me how I was doing, how my life was before. He asked about my friends, my family, my education.

In the end, he even apologized for attacking me.

On the last morning of my stay, he whispered one last sentence to me.

"I'll see you outside."

He flipped the page.
