Ashley's POV

  As I walked away from Rosie, I couldn't stop smiling. I'm so glad she's going to be in my life again. I've missed her ever since I left. I didn't want I leave her, but I wanted to follow my dreams. I'm sure Rosie would understand... I never told her why I left, I just left. But she's an understanding person, so I'm sure when I tell her she won't be mad. At least I hope. Having her as a neighbor is going to be fun. We'll get to catch up.

As soon as I saw her, I fell in love again. Growing up, I always wanted to ask her out, but I didn't think she felt the same for me... My thoughts were interrupted by my phone going off.

"Yo dude, get your ass over here," CC yelled on the other end.

"Shut up, I'm on my way dickhead," I laughed.

He laughed "alright man, see ya soon."

I hung up and drove to CC's house. He was having a bonfire with the rest of the band and their girls. I wish I had a girlfriend. I know, shocking that THE Ashley Purdy wants a girlfriend and not a fuck buddy. I only slept with all those girls because I've only loved one person, Claire. And since she wasn't around before I just slept with girls to get my mind off of her.

I arrived at CC's and walked to the backyard. Everyone looked at me an yelled "Ashley!" I laughed and grabbed a beer.

"What took you so long Purdy?" CC asked

"I was talking to my new neighbor." I smiled at the thought of Claire.

"Ooh, and does this neighbor happen to be a girl?" Andy asked with a smirk.

"Yes, it's happen to be my childhood friend Rosie. I haven't seen her since I was 18 and we were catching up a bit... I invited her to the barbecue at Jake's." I smiled

"That's awesome Ash. What's she like?" Sammi asked.

"We'll she's sweet, funny, she's really shy at first, she's awkward at times which is cute, and she's absolutely gorgeous." I smiled again.

"Lover boy!" CC yelled.

"Shut it!" I yelled jokingly.

"Well maybe it will go somewhere and we'll have another girl in our group," Juliet said.

"I don't know, maybe. I mean I hope, but I have to give it time... I'm sure you guys will like her," I replied.

"I'm sure we'll love her" Sammi smiled.
