Meeting the Gang part 2

"Come on, they won't bite," Ashley whispered to me. I giggled and we walked over to a group of people sitting at a table. I assumed they were his band mates and their girlfriends. They all smiled at us.

"Hey guys, this is Rosie," Ashley said once we reached his friends. They all replied with 'hey', 'it's nice to meet you' or 'how's it going'. They all seemed really nice.

Ash turned to me "Rosie, this is the gang. I'll start with Andy and go clockwise." We all laughed at that. "This is Andy," he pointed to a tall skinny guy with short black hair. "Then Juliet, Sammi, Jinxx, Jake, Ella, and last but certainly not least CC."

"It's nice to meet you guys," I said and smiled. They all smiled back while Ash pulled out a chair for me next to Andy.

"Well it's nice to finally meet you. Ashley told us all about you yesterday," Sammi said.

I blushed and then laughed. "Did he now?" I looked at Ashley, grinning which made him blush.

"Well I just had to brag about you," he said confidently. Now this is the Ashley I knew growing up.

I laughed, "there isn't much to brag about."

"Oh shush there's a lot to brag about," Ashley says and winks.

I just roll my eyes and laugh. For the next couple of hours we just talk and joke around. Everyone was really nice and funny, it felt as though I had been friends with them for years. All of the girls seemed to like me, which is good because I could definitely use some girlfriends in my life. I never really had any growing up. Just Ashley, which was all I really needed but at least one girl friend would've been nice.

After a while it  was starting to get dark and cloudy. Everybody suggested that we go to one of their favorite clubs. It sounds like fun, so I agreed. Ash and I left to our apartments to change, and then meet everyone there.
