The Chosen

Explaining

  I wake up to find myself alone in the large bed. I can feel my wolf whimper from not being next to her mate. I decide to get up and look around in the light of day. I open the bedroom door only to be hit with a wave of smells.... mmmm pancakes.. 

I walk into the kitchen to see my glorious mate standing over the stove in only a pair of grey nike pants, attempting to hold in my growl from frustration of how amazing he looks. I grab on to my phone which weirdly is on the counter. Only when i go to reach for it i trip.. story of my life.. just as im about to face plant onto the tile from a large set of hands grab my waist and save me from probably the worst nose break of my life. I look up to see his amazing brown eyes staring into what feels like my soul.. 

"Nice relfexes.." is all i can seem to mumble out.. He sets me down straight and then looks at me with a sad expression..

So umm Jade.. I dont know if i can do this.. We both have alpha blood and I think it'll get in the way of me being a proper alpha to my pack.." I look down.. wow.. I honestly let myself believe that i wouldnt get rejected.. "so what are you saying exactly.?" he turns around.. " Im saying.. I Josh Cash reject you Jade Chambers as my mate." I drop to the floor in pain.. my heart feels like it exploded.. I manage to get up and run intp the room... I grab my clothes and head for the door, not another world said. "Jade wait.. let e explain fully." Josh says as he grabs my arm while i try to walk out... "dont fucking touch me and dont fucking ever even look my way again.." i yell as i push him off and take off running.. 

after running for about fifteen minutes i make it inside my house.. I completely ignore my parents yelling my name.. I plop down on my bed and let it all out.. all the tears from years of pain.. I actually let myself believe i was worth a guylike that... wow.. well, stupid me.. I fall into a deep sleep then to the noise of my wolf whimpering and crying...
