Claudia pov:

"Please Claudia, don't leave," my
mother says quickly before I get in the jeep. I start the jeep and before she can try and persuade me to stay once more. I throw my duffle bag in the back and hesitantly drive away, not able look back even once. I could hear her sniffle as I try to focus on the road. "Beacon Hills," I say to myself once. "That's where I'm going."

I carry the duffle bag out of the jeep to the door and ring the bell shyly. A tear runs down my cheek as I wipe it away quickly. "Dad," I say dropping the bag and jumping into his arms.

Allison appeared at the edge of the staircase. "Claudia?" I smiled through the tears and nodded quick. She grabbed my arm as I dragged the bag up the staircase. We hugged shortly and she began opening my duffle bag and folding the clothes into a dresser. "What happened? Why are you here so late?" She couldn't help but grin over the fact that I was home. "Well mom and I got in a fight....and I left." I looked down to my feet expecting her to be disappointed in me for being so childish. She chuckled a little and said, "Claudia it's okay, I'm just happy your home."

-----------------------------------

I threw some sweaters and fleece shirts on the floor, one hit Allison causing her to jump out of bed. "Claudia! What are you doing!" My face bright red. "I need something to wear! I'm going to school with you," I say as I continue with my actions. "Just wear the first thing you see in the closet! Does it matter what you wear you look fine!" We stare at each other for a moment and then start to laugh about it. "Okay well you still haven't gotten up and you have school too." Let's face it, I already knew I was going to be her new alarm clock. She glances at the clock quickly, then realizing she'd be late if she had stayed home another minute. She grabbed a coat and some sneakers and ran out the door as I took my time. I chuckled when she left the house as dad walked in and smirked, "you did the old time switch trick didn't you?" I nodded smirking back at him proceeding to put together my outfit.

I rode my jeep to Beacon Hills High School. It looked much larger than I'd imagined it to be. A boy knocking on my window as I roll it down. "Hey Claudia! I haven't seen you in so long!" I looked up at the boy puzzled in how he'd known me. "I'm sorry who are you?" He returns my question. "It's me, stiles." I think quick and hard about my last visit in Beacon Hills. But I kept thinking to myself, what the hell is a stiles? He notices my puzzled look and says, "Remember? We use to go to the same elementary school." I then think back, realizing he'd use to make jokes with Allison about how I wasn't as tall as they were at the time. "Oh yeah I remember you." I realized how he was still taller and how he'd turned out really cute too. He shyly looks down and asks, "Hey if you wanna hang out we can all meet up at lunch? What do you say?" I smile getting out of my jeep and saying, "sure, why not."

-----------------------------------

I walk hand in hand with stiles to the lunch table shyly, not seeing anyone I know except for Allison of course. I hold back when I see all of them staring at us. "It's okay, there my friends," stiles reassures me. I look in his eyes and then straight forward, we keep walking. "Hey guys!" Stiles says in excitement. "This is Claudia, an old friend and as we all know her as Allison's sister!" Everyone continues to stare, and then smile. "Hi Claudia! I've heard so much about you! Allison over here talks about you all of the time!" Allison throws a french fry at him. "Yeah we'll make some room Lydia," stiles says to a girl who'd been looking at my appearance straight on. "Weird, I left that shirt at your house on Wednesday Allison," the strawberry blonde turns her head to Allison. "Well she'll give it back later, okay?" Allison very badly defends me. "Hi," I murmur. I sit next to Lydia and I can already tell what she's thinking of me. But to my surprise, she smiles and tilts her head saying,
"At least you picked to most stylish thing in Allison's wardrobe. You are my new best friend." She points at me cleverly. I then look over and see stiles drooling a little staring at Lydia. I kick his leg to stop him before she saw. He jumps a little. "Thank you," he whispers to me, and I chuckle a little. "What's so funny?" questions a boy next to Allison. "Oh I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Scott." I smile back and say," nothing much, I guess someone was blank staring." I laughed with Allison and Scott. Stiles starts laughing as if he tried to drag the attention away from himself.

-----------------------------------

The bell rings and I lift my head from my desk, realizing I've been sleeping the whole class. I look to the window to see a tow truck with my car. "Oh my god!" I ran out the school and tried to stop the car waving my arms. "Hey stop that my jeep!" Stiles peers over my shoulder, "yeah I know that sucks it's happened to me before too." He chuckles and I sigh. "Yeah well Allison's already home so-" stiles cuts me off and says, " hey well I can drive you home, or we can hang at my place." He sees my blank stare. "Or not, I mean only if you want to-" I then smile and nod my head. He attempts to grab his keys and shoves his hand in his pocket and searches. "Yeah well about that drive, I just realized ... I gave the keys to Scott. So would you like to walk home with me?" I laugh and say, "yeah.. sure.. Why not.."

-----------------------------------

We arrived at stiles's house. It was the house behind ours. It was right across. "Oh wow, you live really close." He chuckled realizing that I hadn't been back in Beacon Hills for a while now. "Oh, well yeah... Hey since we're home... do you wanna go to a party later?" I grin briefly and nod. "Okay... I'll see you there at nine I guess." He rips out a piece of paper and a pen and writes an address. I grab it, "thanks," I murmur. I leave him at his door to get ready.
