Gaster, he was previously a royal scientist for the King and the ever so lovely Queen. He found their child annoying and quite the prankster to say the least, the other was timid and weak. Gaster always wanted a son, perhaps two if he were lucky enough... Still no woman would date him... Maybe no woman needed to...

He had began creating his first son! By using the dna from his hands he was able to use magic to create a skeleton, it was weak and only had one HP. No magic but perhaps it was delayed. It was breathing it was small a baby, no wonder it had no magic it was young. The baby began to cry Gaster was annoyed at this but also found great comedy in naming the child 'Sans' after a frequently used font from his papers on alternate timelines...

After Sans was alive for two years and kept in the lab for testing Gaster started to wonder if he could improve Sans. This brought the creation of Papyrus who had a higher HP but less intelligence, this was not to be confused for calling Papyrus dumb it just meant that Sans was highly intelligent even at such a young age. The two brothers were very protective over one another. Gaster was becoming less of a father to them as he was curious. He was simply a scientist who's creations would bring his end... Or perhaps the other way around...
