Matty sighed as he walked up to the counter, entirely out of pills, he had to practically drag himself here. He hated when he ran out of medication. The voices always found a way inside and the monsters always knew where he would reside. Matty looked at the woman behind the desk, her slow actions and worn eyes suggested that she'd been up most of the night. Matty knew this hospital was busy, but he had no idea his friends were also regular patients of this same hospital. Matty rubbed his face as he looked over at the woman, he begun tapping his finger on the counter, but the noise soon had begun to drive him insane.

"Look can you just give me my pills and let me go?" Matty muttered and wrapped his arms around his body.

"I apologize, Mr. Busek, but Ms. Lorene would like to see you first. You're long overdue for a talk with your therapist." The woman shook her head.

"But I'm out. I need my meds. I'm out." Matty mutters over and over and looks around. He notices the walls moving and he shuts his eyes. She's trying to hurt you, Matthew, Don't let her near you, Matthew. Matty whimpers as he steps backward.

"Matty, Please calm down." The woman sighs and shakes her head a bit.

Soon a shorter brunette woman walks into the room, "Matthew. Matty, sweet heart. It isn't real. Calm down, Come with me." The woman slowly coaxes him forward.

Matty holds his head as the woman leads him to the room, she gently helps Matty sit down before she looks over at the blonde in the corner of the room.

"Sorry, Ms. Ragan, Do you mind if we finish up tomorrow?" Lorene looks at the blonde.

"My brother just came home so I----..." The blonde stops as she looks up at the male.

"Real?" Matty asks, unsure if he's actually seeing the girl or not.

"I have to go... I won't be back for a few days. I'll see you later." The blonde quickly gets up and walks out of the room.

Matty watches her walk away before he looks at the doctor.

"She's a regular of mine, She signed up for the treatments a week after you?" She asks softly.

Matty nods once, "So you saw her too?"

The doctor hands Matty a small green pill, Matty takes the pill and then takes a drink from the glass of water the woman hands him, "She was here, Yes, and So am I."

"What was she here for?" Matty scoots a bit closer.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Busek, but I can't disclose that information with you." The doctor sighs.

"Please? I won't say a word." Matty bites his lip.

"No... I'm sorry, Matthew." The woman shakes her head.

"I'm just... Worried." Matty mumbles.

"Well, I hate to give you more bad news, but the doctors want to start easing you off your meds. They think you've become too reliant on them." Ms. Lorene sighs.

"What? I need them. You can't do this to me." Matty scoffs.

"I'm sorry, Matthew." She shakes her head, "You're only getting half the pills you did last time. I can't do anything about it. The others made the call."
