Since my nose has never smelled any worse body odor, I hurriedly changed and sprinted out of the changing room. Thankfully, shortly after, the bell had rang. The feeling of relief came over me as I knew it was the last hour of the day, especially on a Friday. Walking to my next class, I was somewhat trying to look for the girl in the hoodie. While my eyes were vastly searching, she was sadly no where to be found. In discouragement, I threaded on. Dragging my feet one by one into the next hell hole we call science. Nichole had suddenly came behind me as we were getting closer to class. "He's being an idiot." She raged. (Oh lord) I thought, (boyfriend problems again I suppose.) But instead I just said, "What he'd do?" She rolled her eyes and glanced at me. "What he always does." as if I were supposed to know. "And that is?" I replied. She seemed kinda agitated but still, how was I supposed to know? "He's flirting with other girls. See?!" She pointed backwards and all I saw was him talking to a girl. "Maybe he's not flirting..maybe just talking?" Apparently that wasn't the right thing to say, so Nichole stormed off into the classroom leaving me behind.
Walking into class, I was somewhat even more relieved. Even though I hated the subject, I sat in the back. Sitting in the back may sound terrible to you, but to me it's paradise. See, no one really pays attention to the back people, so I kinda just chill, and zone in and out as I feel.
Anyways, the hour drowns on, while videos blare throughout the class about weather, satellites, drones etc. and I couldn't have been happier to hear the loud, blank beep of the bell being rung. I was done with the day. I just wanted to go home, sleep, and start a new day already.
I was hurriedly walking to the bus because running is "prohibited" for some dumb reason. I could smell the freedom of being able to sleep in and lay around. But sadly Nichole had snuck up behind me. "He so dumb. I can't take it anymore and I don't even know why I'm dating him." For some reason, the blood in my veins rushed, and I turned to her and said. "Then break up with him! If your so fricking miserable. Break. Up!" She looked at me so surprised with a blank face. Her mouth fumbled for words but nothing came out. Before she could actually say anything anyways, I had stormed away. I knew in the back of my mind I had started something. And I knew exactly what.
Monday morning came faster than I thought. (Surprising right?) As my mom pulled up to drop off, I really did not want to get out, but somehow did. I grabbed my book sack and walked to my friend Blake. I looked over and found Nichole staring at me. I looked beside her and found her friends *cough* goodie two shoes *cough* starring at me also. Not the good starring either, more like I hate you now for no specific reason look. I looked down and laughed. "Immaturity has begun." I said. Blake looked over, "Whatcha mean?"
I just laughed and looked over, "You'll see."
