I woke up in a cold sweat with my chest rising and falling at unreasonable pace. 'God what the hell was that?!' I thought looking over at my night stand and checking the time; 2:37a.m.

I found myself breathing at a normal pace again and decided to just lay the for a couple of seconds. I looked out my window and immediately saw what I was looking for, the new moon.

No wonder. You see every know moon I get these strange dreams that eventually happen later on in my actual life. I found them to be quite useful but then again annoying, I call them my 'new moon' dreams.

Strangely enough though I never had one quite like this one, so vivid and almost as it really just happen. Of course I'm praying that this one won't happen though.

I looked over back at the clock that was now 3:10a.m. 'Wow time really does fly' in the end I knew I wasn't going to go back to sleep that easy so I flipped out of bed and made my way down stairs to the fridge and poured myself a glass of milk.

Putting it in the microwave for about a minute and thirty seconds I grabbed a napkin and some Oreos from the cookie jar and waited for the beeps to start.

Beep..
Beep..
Beep!

I pressed the button that opens the microwave and took out my glass of milk. I then grabbed a small sugar packet, ripped it open and dumped it in my milk.

I drank my milk and ate my cookie in union enjoying the blissful moment.

"That'll give you bad dreams ya know?"
I nearly chocked as I was taking another sip of my milk. I set the cup down carful not to drop due to nonstop coughing.

"Damn it Daniel!" I hissed slightly coughing now as I took very small sips of milk. Daniel, my brother was leaning on the door frame with a smug smile etched on his face. "My fault" he said shrugging.

"But anyway, are you back at it with eating those snacks in the middle of the night again?" My coughs were now under control and I just looked at him with a bored expression. " yea and what is it to you?"

"Well I don't want my baby sis coming into my room every two nights, saying that she can't sleep" I lightly blushes and the embarrassing statement and just finished up the rest of what I was eating, "whatever" I mumbled rinsing the cup and throwing out the napkin.

"Night" I said as I walked pasted Daniel and went back up to my room. I slumped myself back onto my duvet and began drifting of back to sleep.

....
It all happened so fast, just in fast forward like someone who accidentally restored their movie and have to face forward to the part they letter off. I witness and experienced everything a second time, from the start when I was walking to now..

On the other hand the wolf just about missed the fate of death and was able to gain back its balance and strength to climb back up on over the Cliff's edge. And as For me Gravity was pulling down to earth. I looked up at everything, from the cliff to the cloudy sky with its silver moon peeking itself out ever so slightly to even the wolf himself.

At that moment when I took a look in his golden steel grey eyes, I saw a change of color and heart as the moon seemed to have been in full view behind it now shinning it glorious glow on the beasts pitch black fur.

I noticed something that wasn't there before, my mom who was now standing right next to the animal and she was looking down at me with such a blank expression on her face but of course her eyes being the door to her soul deceived her and showed that of confusion and regret.

'No...' I thought as I realized just what was going to happen to me. 'I'm not ready yet... I'm not ready to die!' and for some strange reason I stretch my hand in hopes to reach them or at least the tip of the Cliff's edge or something of that nature, 'I don't want to die..!' but of course I couldn't.

"Please.. Save me!" I screamed finding my voice that the wind had swiped away from me.

This is...

The sound of waves could be heard clearly now, this told me I was approaching my destined fate. The tears that seem to endlessly fall from my eyes floated within the air freely along with My hair which blew passed my face and circled around my vision to the place in which the wolf and my mother stood still. She said something but I couldn't make out any words and then the wolf raised its head up to the moon in the sky as if it held all the answers of life.

I knew it was going to howl, and for some odd reason I wanted to hear it, God I so desperately wanted to hear it but right then, right then and there, the collision and the quick sense of pain hit as I landed at the Cliff's rocky bottom crashing into the rocks as did the waves.

The End.

'Darkness was what consumed me and death is what took me.'

....

Once again I woke up in another cold sweat, this time with my eyes open wide, I didn't dare close then. How could I? After what I just dreamt. Even with a strong grip on my sheets my hands shook uncontrollably.

I got up from my bed and practically raced out my room and down the hall to Daniels room. Before I knew it he opened the door and towered over my petite figure. "I-I..."

He moved aside and made way for me to come in. "Come on.. We can talk about it in the morning" he said lazily, sleep still visible in his voice. "T-thank you" I muttered making my way to his bed. Did I mention how much I love my brother.
