Lives at Stake
Haltman arrived and saw the commotion. He quickly rushed to feel Nikita's pulse and Blaze's pulse. He couldn't feel their pulses. Haltman quickly barked orders to Joseph to quickly carry Blaze and Sunny to carry Nikita up to their respective rooms. They followed him up 3 flights of stairs which led them to a massive hallway with 4 rooms on each side of the hallway. Ana and Lona followed them from behind and kept asking questions on what was happening.
Haltman said there was no time and that he'll explain later once he gets Nikita and Blaze into their beds. He pointed to Blaze's room which was next to Nikita's and asked Joseph and Sunny to lay them on their beds.
Haltman went to help Nikita first. After Sunny gently laid her down on her bed, Haltman took a blue teardrop ring out of a box from the nightstand and slipped it onto her right ring finger. Haltman then quickly pressed some buttons beside her bed which activated some kind of blue shield around the whole bed that looked like a protective blue glass. Sunny then followed Haltman to Blaze's room while the girls went off to check out their own rooms according the their name signs' engraved on their door.
Haltman did the same thing for Blaze but this time taking a red square ruby ring with a thick band. After all this was completed, he relaxed a bit with a sigh. Sunny and Joseph demanded for an explanation on what happened. He sighed and told them to get the rest to wear their rings and meet him on the rooftop in 30 minutes.
