Chapter 11

Alexa's POV

Me and Calum walked into the house and I handed him Persephone.

"Babe when are we going on vacation?"

"In two weeks"

"TWO WEEKS?!! JESUS CALUM YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME SOONER?!?"

"Babe calm down we have a baby sitter we just have to pack"

"Sorry I just. Ughh I've been stressed lately Bc of tour, the baby, and now the vacation"

He walked over to me and hugged me.

"Everything is gonna be okay" he said

I hugged him back and gave him a kiss.

Persephone smiled and me and Calum froze.

"Babe did you see that?" I asked

"Persephone smiled"

"She smiled" I said as I grinned.

Calum started to talk to her.

"Who's a good baby. Your a good baby. Who's the happy baby. Your the happy baby. Who's daddy's little sunshine. Your Daddy's little sunshine" now she was smiling as I kissed her cheek.

This was the start to a great life.

                     [ 2 weeks later ]

Calum's POV

So today's the day me and Alexa leave for Disney.

My mom and sister are at our house and it's 2 in the morning.

"Calum are you packed?" Alexa asked

"Yeah" I replied while slipping the small black box into the suitcase.

"Persephone is whining she wants daddy"

"Okay let's go see the princess"

I took Alexa's hand and dragged the suitcase down the stairs.

"Calum honey make sure to wear sunscreen" my mom said.

"I know mom" I moaned of embarrassment.

Alexa giggled as my mom handed me the infant.

She was blubbering and tears were falling from her eyes.

"Shh shh shh mommy and daddy will be home soon" I said while kissing the top of her head.

She now was crying hysterically and I could see the pain on Alexa's face as she kissed our daughter goodbye.

Luke and the boys were outside and they were bringing us to the airport.

"Well I hope you guys have a great trip and have lots of fun" Ash said while winking at me.

I did a head nod and Alexa said "I sure hope so"

"Baby it'll be great" I assured her

She smiled and we all piled into the car.

The ride to the airport consisted of us singing Disney songs and I think Alexa caught the drift that we were going there.

When we arrived we said our goodbyes and Luke gave me a pep talk.

I took his advice and we entered the airport.

Alexa took her boarding pass out as we headed towards security.

"Babe I can't believe we're going to Disney" she said excitedly.

"I know sugar. The flight is just an hour."

"You know what that means" she said

"Your gonna sleep on my lap while I play with your hair?"

"Exactly" she said while standing up on her tippy toes to plant a kiss on my cheek.

Then I grab her hand in mine as we go through security.

It was quick one two three and we decided to get some food.

We walked up to this pizza place and ordered two cheese slices.

I got us a bottle of Diet Pepsi and Calum paid for the food and drink.

(30 minuets later)

Calum's POV

Alexa was finishing eating as I looked at the clock.

I nearly choked on the Pepsi I was drinking as Alexa gave me a funny look.

"Flight 299 to Orlando Florida now boarding" the intercom said.

Alexa's eyes grew wide as she ditched the trash and we grabbed our things.

As soon as she grabbed her purse we darted towards our gate.

Not many people were boarding as we arrived so that was good.

About ten minuets later we boarded the plane and Alexa pulled up the arm rest in between our seats.

Luckily we booked two seats one on each side so that the middle seat would be empty.

So Alexa laid her head on my lap and began to drift off to sleep as I played with her curls.

The plane began to take off as I looked at the city below us.

It was currently 6:30 a.m and we were gonna be landing at 8:30-9:00.

There was a beautiful sunrise and I began to become sleepy.

So I closed my eyes until a flight attendant came around to ask for drinks.

I asked for a Sprite and I got Alexa fruit punch because she's a child at heart.

Alexa's eyes began to flutter open and I smiled at her.

She smiled sleepily back at me and I leaned my head on her shoulder.

And with that we fell asleep peacefully.

(4 hours later)

Okay now I'm really nervous. We're finally settled into our hotel and the time was getting closer.

First we hit Hollywood studios. We go on tower of terror. Buy something. Then go on the Aerosmith roller coaster.

After that we have to hit the great movie ride and walk around the park till 3.

At 3:00 pm we hit the magic kingdom where Luke and the boys should be arriving on Gus bus and setting up the equipment.

Then while that's going on me and Alexa should be on the buzz light year ride.

We will then go on the carousel of progress. Then space mountain and so on and so forth.

Then at 7:00 we have reservations at belles castle.

Where we will see the fireworks start. I will go on stage with a mic.

The boys will come out sing she looks so perfect.

Kate will record Alexa's reaction as I pull her up on the stage.

I will say my little speech and then propose to her.

Hopefully she says yes.

"CALUM!"

"What" I say as my train of thought got broken.

"We should go it's almost 12" she giggled as she pulled on my hand.

I chuckled as we left to get on the bus that brings us to Hollywood studios. Maybe I'll leave the magic kingdom a engaged man tonight.
