Chapter 13 - In that moment, it was finally true

Months passed after the breakup with Chris and Jensen. Everybody from school knew it and made it sound like a big deal,but no one knew the full story. They only knew that the reason of the breakup was because of Jensen leaving soon. It was not true, but no one needs to know anything.

Angel and her were back to best friends, and the Evan's family had gotten back to their old self. And boy was Jensen thankful for that. They pampered her with things she didn't need and somewhere down the road, she had gained three kilograms from the sweets they were giving her.

Of course, there was occasional stares from Elliot and Chris, but she ignored them. Tiffany, aka the bitch had given her smug smiles whenever they ran into each other, but being the nice girl Jensen was, she ignored her.

Oh who was she kidding, she wasn't the nice girl.

After finally snapping at Tiffany, Jensen had gave her a long speech and blah, but when Tiffany ignored her and called her, a worthless piece of thing, she finally slapped Tiffany.

It would be a lie to say Jensen had not enjoyed slapping her, but she had been called to the principals room when Tiffany complained to her daddy.

Daddy's girl.

But since Jensen hadn't cause any troubles at all ever since she came here, the principal let her go with only a warning.

Oh, the joys of being good.

Christmas, Valentines Day, the Evan's members birthday, even Prom had passed, though Jensen didn't went to any of the events, especially Prom, since she made an excuse of being sick.

It wasn't entirely a lie, since she was healing from a broken heart, and Matt and Stacy had taken pity of her. They called the school and she didn't need to go to the events of Valentines day or Prom, much to the happiness of her and the dissatisfaction of Angel and Eli.

"But I wanted to dress you up for Prom!" Eli whined when she heard the news, and Jensen was even more glad she had taken leave for that day.

Almost everyone's birthday had past, including Jensen's, and it had been a marvellous time celebrating it. Only, Jensen had fallen ill when Elliot's birthday came around, and she wasn't able to celebrate his birthday with him.

Life's unfair.

After the incident where they had kissed, Jensen made no move on telling Elliot her feelings, since she was a scaredy cat and thought that it was too early. And she didn't know if Elliot liked her back.

Though Eli and Angel had been upset with her for that, saying he did have feelings for her, but Jensen bough none of that.

Angel and Danny had hit off pretty good when Jensen introduced them, now they were a couple, along with Eli and Tommy, Jason with his new serious girlfriend, Chris,Jensen and Elliot alone.

Yeah, the three loners.

Months passed and Elliot's graduation day came closer and closer, so as Jensen's leaving day.

The day after Elliot's graduation was the day Jensen was leaving her second home, much to everyone's dismay.

The dateline where Jensen was supposed to go back was extended, and after much begging, her step-mother had finally agree on July twenty first, the day after the graduation.

Sure, everyone was sad that she was going back, so was Jensen, but she made a promise saying after her graduation, she would most probably come to a college somewhere near here.

Then, everyone was happy, that is, until Elliot broke to them about the news.
