" Tell me, Elliot, " I said as I dried my hair, "Is it a tradition for all of you to throw someone you just met into the lake? "

Elliot smiled at me. A devilish grin. "Of course not, it's only for the one we like. And besides, your reaction was priceless, so it was worth it. "

" Oh I'm so happy that you like me! " I said sarcastically, shooting daggers at him. " But you forgot one thing. "

"What?"

"I.Don't.Like.You. "

"Oh but you do love this." He said, pointing at his face and body. "Every girl does."

Scoffing, I returned my attention to him. "Unless it wasn't clear, I'm not like other girls. Not like those girls who throw themselves at every boy they see. And I do not trust anyone. Especially guys. " My brown eyes turned darker at the thought of him. The one who betrayed my trust.

Elliot opened his mouth to speak but was cut off when Jason pounced on him.

"Dinner time! " He shouted.

I tied my hair up in a bun and walked pass him, an evil smile on my face. "Oh and guys, this isn't over. Remember what I said, this is war. Watch your back mate. "

My mind whirled with all the things I could do for revenge. A glint appeared in my eyes as I thought of the perfect revenge. Oh boy, this was going to be fun.

I woke up next morning, startled by the high pitch scream. "What the...oh." So he had realized.

Changing my pajamas into a pair of shorts and a blue shirt, I tied my hair in a ponytail before walking down the stairs, into the living room.

"What's with all the ruckus?" I asked innocently when I saw four of the boys, laughing at something.

I watched with amusement when I found the source of the commotion.

Elliot was fiddling with his hair. Wait, his blue hair.  And everyone was doing nothing but laugh at him.

"My hair! My beautiful hair! " He whined.

"Oh dear, who could have done something like this?" I mocked, placing my hand over my mouth for the dramatic effect.

" I don't-" Elliot was cut off when two shrieks filled the air. I waited patiently as the other two came down, looking as shocked as Elliot.

"Why's my hair pink? " Jason said, before looking at Elliot's hair. "And why is yours blue?"

"And my hair's green! " Chris shouted.

I couldn't stop the smile forming on my face. And within seconds, I was laughing my head off.

"You...you should h-have s-seen your face! " I cried, gasping for air. The other four laughed along with me, tears rolling down. "Y-your face was-ow my stomach hurts! " Clutching my stomach, I sat down on the couch to stop the pain. The three of them watched us silently, waiting for us to calm down.

"It was you, wasn't it? " Jason said, looking at me.

" What if it was? " I said, tyring to be serious, but his pink hair made it worse as I started laughing again.

"I have to admit, fine play. " Chris muttered.

I was surprised with their calm behavior, not angry or anything. It wasn't the first time since anyone did this eh.

" Wait today's Saturday right? " I asked.

"Yeah, what about it? " Elliot replied, confusion on his face.
