SOCKS AND SANDALS
WHY?!
Sorry, just thought I'd put that out there, I can't stand this if I'm honest! But who am I to judge, I'm the one who wears three layers of black clothing in the summer...

Something that annoys me is when people comment on your story asking for you to read their story.
Someone did this to me a while ago and they commented something like this:
'Could you read my story called Blahblahblah?'
I would have done so willingly if they'd actually left some criticism on my story, but, no, they just commented asking me to read their story. I was so peed off.
So, I guess the moral of the story is that you don't ever ask me to read your story unless you're nice about it.
To be honest, I can never say no... I'll probably still say yes unless you're really blunt about it.

If you live in the UK, you'll most likely understand what I'm talking about, but if not I'll give you an explanation.
There's a phone company in the UK called 'O2' and they recently put out an advert with the motto, "Be more dog". In this advert it shows a cat that does the same thing everyday, apparently the cat's life is "boring" so it becomes "more dog" and afterwards the cat's life suddenly turns into a whirlwind of excitement. (You can look up the advert on YouTube if you wish)
So now I must ask: WHAT IS WRONG WITH BEING A CAT?!!!
The whole advert leans towards the fact that if your a cat, your life is completely boring and it would be so much more fun and worthwhile if you were a dog. I disagree. I'd much rather be a cat, I don't care if it's apparently "boring" and I should "be more dog". If I was a dog whenever I went outside of the house I'd be restrained with a lead, I wouldn't have any freedom. Whereas, if I was a cat, I'd be able to go outside and do whatever I wanted, climb trees, always land on my feet and I'd have nine lives. How many lives to dogs have? Oh yeah, ONE!!
I'm sorry, O2, but I ain't gonna "be more dog" anytime soon!
It's almost racist towards cats. Well, not racist, but you get what I mean...right?

What does everyone have against gingers. What is wrong with it?!! (PLEASE ANSWER IN THE COMMENTS!)
I have red hair and it's ridiculous how much teasing I've had to endure because of this. Even my own friends tease me! I have to say, I don't get it as bad as other people since my hair is brownish blonde as well as ginger, but some people are bullied because of it.
When I've asked people why they tease ginger people their answers have been something along these lines.
"Just 'cause you're ginger," WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT?!!
Oh, the cons of being a ginger.
But, even if I had the choice to change my hair colour, I'd always stay ginger. I love my hair colour! (I know, that sounds so vain...)

Why must society label people?
"She wears dark clothes and listens to rock, she must be a goth."
"He wears glasses, he must be a total geek."
"She has loads of guy friends, she must be a slut."
"He has loads of girl friends, he must be gay."
I have nothing against any of these types people. I just hate labelling.
Many people have labelled me over the years, most of the time they call me a geek since I actually like to contribute in class.
I don't get it that bad, if I'm honest, but that doesn't mean I enjoy getting labeled like this.
One of my friends is a huge fan of rock music, she dresses in dark clothing, she's died her hair black and wears heavy dark makeup. She's called a goth because of this.
I hate how people are filed away into different categories like that. We all deserve our individuality, no one is exactly the same as the next and that's what makes us all so amazing!
So, next time someone puts you in one of these categories, just remember that these people are probably jealous of your individuality. Just feel grateful that, out of everyone, you stand out most and that your individuality is probably much more prominent than theirs. No matter who you are, we're all different and that's truly amazing.
You're all truly amazing.

I think that's a good place to end it, don't you?
Thank you all for reading and if there's anything you'd like to discuss take it down to the comments. All opinions are welcome and I'm happy to read any contribution you may have! :)
